【摘要】：介紹一起簡(jiǎn)易鋼結(jié)構(gòu)倉(cāng)庫(kù)火災(zāi)事故的原因調(diào)查。進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘驗(yàn),確定了起火部位和大致的起火點(diǎn);詢問(wèn)證人和當(dāng)事人,取得了與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘驗(yàn)相符的證言;采用物證鑒定技術(shù),找到了電器及線路上的故障點(diǎn)。證據(jù)之間相互印證,證據(jù)鏈完整。通過(guò)科學(xué)分析鑒定結(jié)論,合理運(yùn)用排除法,準(zhǔn)確地認(rèn)定了火災(zāi)原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了災(zāi)害成因,并為此類火災(zāi)的防控工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the cause investigation of a fire accident in a simple steel structure warehouse. The site of the fire and the approximate point of fire were determined; the witnesses and the parties were questioned and the testimony consistent with the field inspection was obtained; and the fault points of electrical appliances and circuits were found by using the technology of physical evidence identification. The evidence is confirmed by each other and the chain of evidence is complete. Through scientific analysis and identification conclusion, the fire cause is accurately identified by reasonable application of exclusion method. On this basis, the causes of disasters are analyzed, and the reference for the prevention and control of this kind of fire is provided.
