【摘要】：針對(duì)開(kāi)放式住宅附加技術(shù)所產(chǎn)生的成本和改造難度增加的現(xiàn)狀,提出以"少變化""少破壞""少工時(shí)"為目的的"微變住宅"概念,結(jié)合平面布局和細(xì)部構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)縮小改造范圍、采用高度可變的局部空間以及可快速轉(zhuǎn)化所屬的廚衛(wèi)空間實(shí)現(xiàn)便捷的住宅空間增減變化。
[Abstract]:In view of the increased cost and difficulty of transformation caused by the additional technology of open housing, this paper puts forward the concept of "micro-variable housing" for the purpose of "less change", "less damage" and "less working hours". Combined with the plane layout and detail structure design, by reducing the transformation scope, the highly variable local space and the kitchen and sanitation space to which the transformation belongs can be used to realize the convenient residential space increase or decrease.
