【摘要】：截污納管是消除黑臭水體的根本,但工程實施中普遍存在大截排系統(tǒng)、大截流倍數(shù)和簡單套用調(diào)蓄措施等三種做法,不僅不能解決問題,還會造成工程投資浪費(fèi)。針對出現(xiàn)的三種常見問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出解決對策;同時從提高截污納管系統(tǒng)性和科學(xué)性,充分發(fā)揮截流納管作用等方面,提出了相應(yīng)對策。
[Abstract]:Sewage interception pipe is the foundation of eliminating black and smelly water body, but there are three methods in the implementation of the project, such as large cut-off system, large closure multiple and simple application of adjustment and storage measures, which can not only solve the problem, but also cause waste of project investment. In this paper, the three common problems are analyzed, and the countermeasures are put forward, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of improving the systematicness and science of intercepting pipe and giving full play to the function of intercepting pipe.
