溫度和含濕量對(duì)建筑材料導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的影響

【摘要】:導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)是建筑材料最重要的熱濕物性參數(shù)之一,溫度和含濕量均能夠?qū)ζ洚a(chǎn)生影響。當(dāng)溫度和含濕量中的一個(gè)因素被確定后,一元線性函數(shù)通常被用來描述另一個(gè)因素對(duì)導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的影響。然而,實(shí)際情況下二者對(duì)導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的影響是同時(shí)存在的。采用防護(hù)熱板法對(duì)聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)、巖棉、混凝土、膠粘劑和抹面膠等5種典型建筑材料在不同溫度和含濕量下的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)上述材料而言,二元線性函數(shù)可以用來描述溫度和含濕量對(duì)導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的影響,且溫度和含濕量之間的交互作用可以被忽略。對(duì)于EPS和巖棉等弱吸濕弱毛細(xì)材料而言,可以將二元線性函數(shù)簡(jiǎn)化為僅與溫度相關(guān)的一元線性函數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Thermal conductivity is one of the most important thermal and wet physical parameters of building materials, and temperature and moisture content can affect it. When one factor in temperature and moisture content is determined, the univariate linear function is usually used to describe the effect of another factor on the thermal conductivity. However, in practice, the influence of the two on the thermal conductivity exists at the same time. The thermal conductivity of five typical building materials, polystyrene foam (EPS), rock cotton, concrete, adhesive and veneer adhesive, at different temperature and moisture content, was tested by protective hot plate method. The results show that for the above materials, the binary linear function can be used to describe the effect of temperature and moisture content on the thermal conductivity, and the interaction between temperature and moisture content can be ignored. For weak moisture absorption and weak capillary materials such as EPS and rock cotton, the binary linear function can be simplified to a univariate linear function only related to temperature.
