建材用粉煤灰-電石渣混合物性能研究

【摘要】:旨在驗證粉煤灰研磨對提高粉煤灰-電石渣混合物無側(cè)限抗壓強度(qu)的影響。結(jié)果表明,研磨后的粉煤灰能夠提高粉煤灰-電石渣混合物的無側(cè)限抗壓強度。發(fā)現(xiàn)粉煤灰短時間(大于2 h)的研磨,使飛灰顆粒比表面積增加約50%,而環(huán)境溫度下的強度增加約200%。在23℃下固化7 d的研磨樣品與未研磨樣品固化溫度從23℃上升到40℃,固化7 d的qu值上升趨勢相似。最后,可以得出結(jié)論,研磨可能成為替代通過提高固化溫度或者利用高溫固化增強粉煤灰-電石渣混合物強度的可行方法,以縮短固化時間。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to verify the effect of fly ash grinding on improving unconfined compressive strength (qu) of fly ash and calcium carbide slag mixture. The results show that the unconfined compressive strength of fly ash-calcium carbide slag mixture can be improved by grinding fly ash.
