【摘要】：文章以村莊規(guī)劃編制中存在的主要問題為切入點,對村莊規(guī)劃如何走向?qū)嵱眯砸?guī)劃進(jìn)行探討,進(jìn)一步提出符合"三好特征、五型方法"的規(guī)劃內(nèi)容體系,重點對實用性村莊規(guī)劃的理念、體系、策略、組織和實施五個方面進(jìn)行重點闡述,并結(jié)合住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部村莊規(guī)劃試點—天池村,就蘇南水鄉(xiāng)實用性村莊規(guī)劃的編制方法與內(nèi)容進(jìn)行實證闡述,以期為同類型的村莊規(guī)劃編制提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the main problems existing in the compilation of village planning, this paper probes into how to move towards practical planning, further puts forward the planning content system in accordance with the "three good characteristics and five-type method", and focuses on the concept, system, strategy, organization and implementation of practical village planning, and combines the village planning pilot project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Construction-Tianchi Village. This paper empirically expounds the compilation methods and contents of practical village planning in southern Jiangsu, in order to provide reference for the same type of village planning.
