基于直覺三角模糊數(shù)的成都地區(qū)綠色建筑開發(fā)風(fēng)險研究

【摘要】:隨著近幾年綠色建筑的不斷發(fā)展,社會公眾對綠色建筑的期望越來越高,建筑開發(fā)商也越來越重視綠色建筑的理念。但是,許多綠色建筑開發(fā)商沒有意識到綠色建筑的地域性,導(dǎo)致許多城市的綠色建筑都千篇一律并未體現(xiàn)地區(qū)特色。由于綠色建筑的開發(fā)與建設(shè)具有地域性,綠色建筑開發(fā)時應(yīng)注意適應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)刈匀粭l件、人文歷史和傳統(tǒng)文化,綠色建筑項目開發(fā)風(fēng)險因素也應(yīng)結(jié)合地區(qū)環(huán)境等地域因素來識別和評估。因此,結(jié)合成都地區(qū)獨特的自然環(huán)境、社會文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等條件,針對成都地區(qū)綠色建筑項目開發(fā)風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行識別和評估,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。本文圍繞成都地區(qū)綠色建筑開發(fā)風(fēng)險評估做了如下研究:(1)本文通過實地走訪和文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的方式結(jié)合成都地區(qū)自然環(huán)境、社會文化、政策制度、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和技術(shù)支撐這5個方面地域性因素,以及綠色建筑項目參與方情況,對成都地區(qū)綠色建筑進(jìn)行了開發(fā)風(fēng)險的識別,最后形成包含成都地區(qū)情況風(fēng)險因素19個,項目參與方情況風(fēng)險因素35個,共計54個風(fēng)險因素的成都地區(qū)綠色建筑開發(fā)風(fēng)險因素表。(2)在成都地區(qū)綠色建筑開發(fā)風(fēng)險因素表的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)置并發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷至曾參與成都地區(qū)綠色建筑全壽命周期過程的專家處。運用直覺三角模糊數(shù)理論將收集到的專家們的描述性風(fēng)險評價信息進(jìn)行量化,再引用多屬性群決策理論和熵權(quán)理論確定各屬性權(quán)重和綜合判斷矩陣,通過逼近理想解排序方法對綜合判斷矩陣內(nèi)的風(fēng)險綜合值進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,最后確定成都地區(qū)綠色建筑開發(fā)風(fēng)險的重要順序,形成風(fēng)險評估結(jié)果。(3)通過實證研究的方法,應(yīng)用本文風(fēng)險評估方法對成都都江堰市某綠色建筑項目的開發(fā)風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了分析研究,得到其風(fēng)險評估結(jié)果并給出相應(yīng)風(fēng)險應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of the green building in recent years, the public's expectation of the green building is becoming more and more high, and the construction developer is paying more and more attention to the idea of the green building. However, many green building developers are not aware of the regional nature of the green architecture, leading to the fact that many of the green buildings in many cities do not have regional features. As the development and construction of green building are regional and green, attention should be paid to local natural conditions, human history and traditional culture, and the development risk factors of green building project should also be identified and evaluated in combination with regional factors such as regional environment. Therefore, in the light of the unique natural environment, social culture, economic development and other conditions in Chengdu, it is of practical significance to identify and evaluate the risk factors for green building project development in Chengdu. The paper studies the risk assessment of green building in Chengdu area as follows: (1) In this paper, the regional factors of the five aspects of the natural environment, the social culture, the policy system, the economic development and the technology support are combined in the way of field visits and literature research. in that case of the project participants of the green construction project, the development risk identification of the green building in Chengdu area is carry out, A list of risk factors for green building in Chengdu area with a total of 54 risk factors. (2) To set up and issue the questionnaire to the experts who participated in the whole life cycle process of the green building in Chengdu area based on the green building development risk factor table in Chengdu area. using the intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number theory, the descriptive risk evaluation information of the collected experts is quantized, and the attribute weights and the comprehensive judgment matrix are determined by referring to the multi-attribute group decision theory and the entropy weight theory, By approaching the ideal solution sorting method, the risk comprehensive value in the comprehensive judgment matrix is processed, and the important order of the green building development risk in the Chengdu area is finally determined, and the risk evaluation result is formed. (3) The risk assessment method is applied to analyze the development risk of a green building project in Dujiangyan city of Chengdu, and the risk assessment result is obtained and the corresponding risk response strategy is given.
