裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)連接構(gòu)造及受力性能研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)連接形式進(jìn)行總結(jié),包括裝配式剪力墻的節(jié)點(diǎn)連接和裝配式混凝土框架梁-柱節(jié)點(diǎn)的連接形式。對(duì)比它們的特點(diǎn)和構(gòu)造,分析它們的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足。對(duì)于裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點(diǎn)連接,其強(qiáng)度組成應(yīng)當(dāng)包括混凝土和鋼筋連接。本文對(duì)新老混凝土粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度理論進(jìn)行了研究,介紹了新老混凝土粘結(jié)模型,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)新老混凝土粘結(jié)機(jī)理的研究成果。分析新老混凝土結(jié)合面的抗剪強(qiáng)度,包括抗剪性能和承載能力分析。介紹了裝配式剪力墻連接節(jié)點(diǎn)和裝配式框架節(jié)點(diǎn)的幾種連接形式,其中包括:螺栓連接、機(jī)械連接、套筒連接、預(yù)留孔漿錨連接、焊接連接、牛腿連接。對(duì)這些連接的構(gòu)造形式進(jìn)行分析,并介紹了這些連接形式的連接方式和適用范圍。用有限元軟件abaqus模擬了一個(gè)采用扣接箍筋約束金屬波紋管連接的裝配式剪力墻受往復(fù)力模型,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。對(duì)不同配筋率、軸壓比、混凝土強(qiáng)度進(jìn)模擬,研究其滯回性能、骨架曲線,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能進(jìn)行分析。用有限元軟件abaqus模擬了一個(gè)榫頭-法蘭連接的裝配式混凝土梁-柱節(jié)點(diǎn),對(duì)不同螺栓分布對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能的影響進(jìn)行了綜合分析。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the existing connection forms of assembled structure are summarized, including the joint connection of assembled shear wall and the connection form of assembled concrete frame beam-column joint. Compared with their characteristics and structures, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. For the joint connection of assembled structure, its strength composition should include concrete and steel bar connection. In this paper, the bond strength theory of new and old concrete is studied, the bond model of new and old concrete is introduced, and the research results of bond mechanism of new and old concrete by scholars at home and abroad are summarized. The shear strength of new and old concrete joints is analyzed, including shear performance and bearing capacity. This paper introduces several connection forms of assembled shear wall connection joint and assembly frame joint, including bolt connection, mechanical connection, sleeve connection, reserved hole paste anchor connection, welding connection and cow leg connection. The construction forms of these connections are analyzed, and the connection modes and applicable scope of these connection forms are introduced. The finite element software abaqus is used to simulate a compound force model of assembled shear wall with clasped hoop to restrain metal bellows connection, and the data analysis is carried out. The hysteretic properties and skeleton curves of concrete with different reinforcement ratio, axial compression ratio and concrete strength are studied, and the mechanical properties of the structure are analyzed. The finite element software abaqus is used to simulate an assembled concrete beam-column joint with tenon-flange connection. The influence of different bolt distribution on the mechanical properties of the joint is comprehensively analyzed.
