相變蓄熱蒸發(fā)型空氣源熱泵性能優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過在蓄熱器盤管上加裝矩形翅片及采用新型相變蓄熱材料(80%Na_2SO_4?10H_2O+20%Na_2HPO_4?12H_2O),對原開發(fā)的蓄熱蒸發(fā)型空氣源熱泵系統(tǒng)實(shí)施優(yōu)化改造。改造后的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化后,蓄熱器的蓄熱速度增加了近一倍,蓄熱時間縮短55%;平均放熱時間較優(yōu)化前增加了40%;熱泵在超低環(huán)境溫度-30℃下運(yùn)行,排氣溫度也僅為103℃,低于安全排氣溫度極限130℃;環(huán)境溫度-30℃時的系統(tǒng)制熱量增加了1.1 k W,增加比例23.4%;環(huán)境溫度-30℃時,熱泵供熱系數(shù)COP為1.8,較優(yōu)化前的1.6提高12.5%。
[Abstract]:By adding rectangular finned to the coil of heat accumulator and adopting new phase change heat storage material (80%Na_2SO_4?10H_2O 20%Na_2HPO_4?12H_2O), the original heat storage evaporative air source heat pump system was optimized. The experimental results show that after the optimization of the system, the heat storage speed of the heat accumulator is nearly doubled, the heat storage time is shortened by 55%, the average heat release time is 40% higher than that before optimization, the exhaust temperature of the heat pump is only 103 鈩,
