【摘要】：社會經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展以及國家生育政策的調(diào)整使得分娩中心作為產(chǎn)科的重要部分也面臨著新的發(fā)展形勢。人們對醫(yī)療條件和服務(wù)設(shè)施的要求也越來越高,我國現(xiàn)有的分娩中心建筑設(shè)計理念和手法已不能滿足使用者的需求。德國的分娩技術(shù)以及分娩中心的設(shè)計水平在世界上始終處于前列,形成了先進的理論體系及成熟的設(shè)計手法。而國內(nèi)在這方面還不成熟,建筑方面的設(shè)計理論相對社會需求滯后,還有很大的進步空間。而中國與德國的社會文化背景和醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體系差異較大,“拿來主義”并不可取,因此如何借鑒德國醫(yī)院分娩中心設(shè)計的實踐經(jīng)驗值得我們深思。本文以中德兩國醫(yī)院分娩中心建筑空間環(huán)境為主要研究對象,基于文獻(xiàn)閱讀及實地調(diào)研,并且調(diào)查我國使用者的感受與需求。在了解中德社會、文化、醫(yī)療保障體制、醫(yī)院建設(shè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及分娩中心設(shè)計相關(guān)建筑規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上,對中德醫(yī)院分娩中心建筑設(shè)計進行較為細(xì)致的對比,研究兩國分娩中心設(shè)計之間的差異及緣由。以便結(jié)合我國醫(yī)院建設(shè)的實際情況,將德國先進的設(shè)計理念和成功的實踐經(jīng)驗運用到我國醫(yī)院分娩中心建筑設(shè)計之中。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the adjustment of national fertility policy, delivery center, as an important part of obstetrics, is also facing a new development situation. People's requirements for medical conditions and service facilities are getting higher and higher. The existing architectural design concepts and techniques of delivery centers in China can no longer meet the needs of users. The delivery technology and the design level of delivery center in Germany have always been in the forefront in the world, forming an advanced theoretical system and mature design methods. However, the domestic design theory in this area is not mature, the design theory of architecture lags behind the social demand, and there is still a lot of room for progress. However, the social and cultural background and medical and health system between China and Germany are quite different, so "borrowlism" is not desirable, so how to draw lessons from the practical experience of hospital delivery center design in Germany is worth pondering. In this paper, the space environment of hospital delivery center in China and Germany is taken as the main research object, based on literature reading and field investigation, and the feelings and needs of users in China are investigated. On the basis of understanding the social, cultural, medical security system, hospital construction and development of China and Germany, as well as the relevant building codes of delivery center design, this paper makes a more detailed comparison of the architectural design of hospital delivery center between China and Germany. To study the differences and reasons between the design of delivery centers in the two countries. In order to combine the actual situation of hospital construction in our country, the advanced design concept and successful practical experience in Germany are applied to the architectural design of hospital delivery center in our country.
