【摘要】：江南水網(wǎng)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)、城市化率較高并呈現(xiàn)加速趨勢(shì),快速而不健康的城市化現(xiàn)狀亟須改變傳統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)方式,構(gòu)建一種環(huán)境友好、綠色生態(tài)的"城市海綿"系統(tǒng)。綠色海綿園區(qū)的開發(fā)模式強(qiáng)調(diào)自然系統(tǒng)與人工建設(shè)的有機(jī)匹配,是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)園區(qū)建設(shè)的優(yōu)化升級(jí);其本質(zhì)是依托城市生態(tài)本底和各類城市河流、湖泊與濱水區(qū)等所構(gòu)成的生態(tài)體系,結(jié)合城市綠地系統(tǒng)、水體景觀、生態(tài)廊道、綠色建筑等系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),優(yōu)化地上地下水系統(tǒng)的平衡,致力于健康舒適與綠色生態(tài)人居環(huán)境的塑造,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市化與環(huán)境資源的協(xié)調(diào)健康發(fā)展。結(jié)合江蘇省綠色建筑博覽園(國(guó)內(nèi)首個(gè)以"綠色海綿""綠色建筑"和"綠色建造"為特色的主題公園)全過程精細(xì)化的規(guī)劃建設(shè)情況,闡述了江南水網(wǎng)密布地區(qū)綠色海綿園區(qū)開發(fā)的重要性、建設(shè)原則與目標(biāo)、規(guī)劃方法與決策路線,以及低影響開發(fā)的技術(shù)策略,以期為類似園區(qū)的綠色開發(fā)與運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)提供理論與技術(shù)借鑒。
[Abstract]:The Jiangnan water network area is economically developed, the urbanization rate is high and shows the acceleration trend, the rapid and unhealthy urbanization present situation urgently needs to change the traditional planning and construction mode, constructs a kind of environment friendly, the green ecology "city sponge" system. The development mode of green sponge park emphasizes the organic matching between natural system and artificial construction, which is the optimization and upgrading of traditional park construction. Its essence is to rely on the urban ecological background and the ecological system composed of all kinds of urban rivers, lakes and waterfront, combined with the construction of urban green space system, water landscape, ecological corridor, green building and so on. We should optimize the balance of groundwater system on the ground, devote ourselves to the shaping of healthy and comfortable and green ecological living environment, and realize the coordinated and healthy development of urbanization and environmental resources. Combined with the fine planning and construction of Jiangsu Green Building Expo Park (the first theme park characterized by "green sponge", "green building" and "green construction" in China), This paper expounds the importance, construction principles and objectives, planning method and decision-making route of the development of green sponge park in the dense area of Jiangnan water network, as well as the technical strategy of low impact development. In order to provide theoretical and technical reference for the green development and operation and maintenance of similar parks.
