鹿泉區(qū)四表合一采集方案研究

【摘要】:最近幾年,國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展,智能電網(wǎng)、智慧能源等概念迅速興起。城鄉(xiāng)居民水、電、氣、熱用戶表人工抄集、分散抄集的現(xiàn)狀已經(jīng)不能滿足廣大用戶的需求,也嚴(yán)重制約了公共服務(wù)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效益。現(xiàn)階段,促進(jìn)水、氣、熱、電等多種生活必需能源的遠(yuǎn)程自動(dòng)抄表采集,實(shí)現(xiàn)多表合一,成為能源供應(yīng)單位發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)方向。國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司依托智能電能表應(yīng)用,也開始加快推進(jìn)“四表合一”采集建設(shè)工作。研究四表合一采集典型方案,設(shè)計(jì)出適應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)夭杉K端和通信資源現(xiàn)狀的建設(shè)方案,對(duì)于加快實(shí)現(xiàn)“四表合一”采集,支撐智慧城市的建設(shè),具有十分重要的促進(jìn)作用。本文對(duì)石家莊市鹿泉區(qū)四表合一采集方案進(jìn)行了研究。首先,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外四表合一采集的研究成果和政策進(jìn)行了總結(jié)研判,分析了四表合一集抄系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成,對(duì)四表合一采集使用的主要通信技術(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析。在現(xiàn)存用電信息采集系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了四表合一項(xiàng)目方案的總體要求?偨Y(jié)歸納了升級(jí)無線模塊、更換雙模模塊、增加通信接口轉(zhuǎn)換器等三種典型設(shè)計(jì)方案。在典型設(shè)計(jì)方案的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了適合于鹿泉區(qū)試點(diǎn)建設(shè)的兩種施工建設(shè)方案,并應(yīng)用于實(shí)際試點(diǎn)建設(shè)中,取得了良好經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic economy is booming, smart grid, intelligent energy and other concepts are rising rapidly. The present situation of manual copy and decentralized copying of water, electricity, gas and heat user tables of urban and rural residents can no longer meet the needs of the majority of users, and also seriously restricts the operational efficiency of public service enterprises. At present, promoting remote automatic meter reading and collection of water, gas, heat, electricity and other essential energy sources has become the key direction of the development of energy supply units. Relying on the application of intelligent watt-hour meter, the State Grid Company has also begun to speed up the collection and construction of "four meters in one". This paper studies the typical scheme of four tables in one collection, and designs a construction scheme which adapts to the present situation of local collection terminal and communication resources, which plays a very important role in promoting the realization of "four tables in one" collection and supporting the construction of intelligent city. In this paper, the collection scheme of four tables in Luquan District of Shijiazhuang City is studied. Firstly, the research results and policies of four tables in one collection at home and abroad are summarized and studied, the composition of four tables in one collection system is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the main communication technologies used in four tables in one collection are analyzed. Based on the detailed investigation of the existing power consumption information acquisition system, the overall requirements of the project scheme of "four tables in one" are put forward. Three typical design schemes, such as upgrading wireless module, replacing dual-mode module and adding communication interface converter, are summarized. On the basis of the typical design scheme, two kinds of construction schemes suitable for the pilot construction of Luquan District are put forward and applied to the actual pilot construction, and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
