【摘要】：為提升液壓混合動(dòng)力履帶車輛綜合傳動(dòng)效率,以履帶推土機(jī)為例,提出了一種傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。搭建表征行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特征的矩陣。分別依據(jù)物理可行性、系統(tǒng)特性對(duì)動(dòng)力學(xué)特征矩陣進(jìn)行篩選,對(duì)比現(xiàn)有履帶推土機(jī)的直線行駛及轉(zhuǎn)向性能篩選出更優(yōu)的結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)履帶推土機(jī)典型循環(huán)工況,運(yùn)用全局動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃方法確定燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)方案。結(jié)果表明:相比于現(xiàn)有的液壓傳動(dòng)方案,該方案提升了牽引性能、轉(zhuǎn)向性能及燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the comprehensive transmission efficiency of hydraulic hybrid crawler vehicle, a design scheme of transmission system is put forward by taking crawler bulldozer as an example. A matrix is built to characterize the dynamic characteristics of the planet transmission system. According to the physical feasibility and system characteristics, the dynamic characteristic matrix is screened, and the better structure is selected compared with the straight line driving and steering performance of the existing crawler bulldozer. According to the typical cycle conditions of crawler bulldozer, the global dynamic programming method is used to determine the optimal structure scheme of fuel economy. The results show that compared with the existing hydraulic transmission scheme, this scheme improves traction performance, steering performance and fuel economy.
