【摘要】：目前建筑市場(chǎng)群體工程越來越多,規(guī)模大、樓棟多,EPC,BT,PPP等承包及建設(shè)模式也越來越多。面對(duì)我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的新形勢(shì),建筑企業(yè)要想在新形勢(shì)下的市場(chǎng)中有一席之地,就必須大力加強(qiáng)施工技術(shù)管理,特別是工程資料的管理,需要有效、先進(jìn)的管理手段確保工程資料真實(shí)反映建筑工程的建設(shè)情況和實(shí)體質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:At present, there are more and more group projects in the construction market, such as large scale, many buildings, EPC,BT,PPP and other contracting and construction models. In the face of the new situation of China's construction industry, if construction enterprises want to have a place in the market under the new situation, they must vigorously strengthen the management of construction technology, especially the management of engineering materials, and need to be effective. Advanced management means to ensure that the engineering data truly reflect the construction situation and physical quality of the construction project.
