【摘要】：通過西安市養(yǎng)老需求調(diào)查,分析老舊住區(qū)中養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀問題;并以西安市三十街坊為例,在實(shí)地調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,以滿足老年人居住生活和公共生活訴求為目標(biāo),通過植入多功能復(fù)合型養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的設(shè)計,探討老舊住區(qū)配置養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施的模式和設(shè)計方法。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the demand for the aged in Xi'an, this paper analyzes the development and present situation of the construction of the old-age service facilities in the old and old residential areas. And taking the 30 neighborhoods of Xi'an City as an example, on the basis of field investigation, in order to meet the needs of the elderly living and public life as the goal, through the implantation of multifunctional composite pension facilities design, This paper discusses the mode and design method of allocation of old-age service facilities in old and old residential areas.
