氯鹽干濕循環(huán)下TRC加固鋼筋混凝土柱軸心受壓性能

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步探究纖維編織網(wǎng)增強(qiáng)混凝土(TRC)修復(fù)加固鋼筋混凝土柱在氯鹽侵蝕環(huán)境下的受壓性能,對(duì)12根TRC加固鋼筋混凝土柱進(jìn)行軸心受壓性能試驗(yàn)研究,分析了不同干濕循環(huán)次數(shù)(0,60,90和120)、不同持續(xù)荷載比(0,0.1,0.2和0.4)、氯鹽干濕循環(huán)與持續(xù)荷載耦合作用以及短切纖維改性高性能混凝土對(duì)TRC加固效果的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:干濕循環(huán)作用后TRC加固柱的極限承載力及變形性能有下降趨勢(shì),在干濕循環(huán)作用次數(shù)達(dá)到120次后,TRC加固柱的極限承載力降低6.71%;相比于單一的干濕循環(huán)作用,在氯鹽干濕循環(huán)與持續(xù)荷載耦合作用下,TRC加固柱的變形和承載力下降更多;在干濕循環(huán)(90次)不變時(shí),持續(xù)荷載比的增加會(huì)降低TRC的加固效果;干濕循環(huán)與持續(xù)荷載耦合作用的增加會(huì)改變TRC加固柱的破壞形態(tài);使用短切PVA纖維改性高性能混凝土作為TRC基體加固鋼筋混凝土柱會(huì)使其耐久性能稍有提高;給出了氯鹽干濕循環(huán)作用下TRC加固RC柱的軸心受壓極限承載力簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)值吻合較好。
[Abstract]:In order to further investigate the compression performance of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with fiber braided mesh reinforced concrete (TRC) under chloride erosion environment, the axial compression performance of 12 reinforced concrete columns strengthened with TRC was studied. The effects of different dry and wet cycle times (0, 60, 90 and 120), different continuous load ratios (0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4), the coupling of chlorine dry and wet cycle and continuous load, and the effect of short cut fiber modified high performance concrete on the reinforcement effect of TRC were analyzed. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation performance of TRC reinforced columns decrease after dry and wet cycle. after the number of dry and wet cycles reaches 120 times, the ultimate bearing capacity of TRC reinforced columns decreases by 6.71%. Compared with the single dry and wet cycle, the deformation and bearing capacity of TRC reinforced columns decrease more under the coupling of chlorine dry and wet cycle and continuous load. When the dry-wet cycle (90 times) is constant, the increase of the continuous load ratio will reduce the reinforcement effect of TRC, and the increase of the coupling effect of dry-wet cycle and continuous load will change the failure mode of TRC reinforced column, and the increase of the coupling effect of dry-wet cycle and continuous load will change the failure mode of TRC reinforced column. The durability of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with short cut PVA fiber modified high performance concrete as TRC matrix will be slightly improved. A simplified formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of RC columns strengthened by TRC under dry and wet cycle of chlorine salt is given, and the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values.
