【摘要】：正設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:集體式社區(qū)是具有計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)色彩和中國(guó)特色的時(shí)代產(chǎn)物,在中國(guó)工業(yè)化建設(shè)的初期發(fā)揮了積極作用。當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和城市建設(shè)處于高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型,曾經(jīng)作為城市生活基本構(gòu)成元素的集體式社區(qū)也面臨著轉(zhuǎn)型。2016年,我國(guó)提出未來(lái)的城市社區(qū)應(yīng)該逐步破除封閉狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)開放化社區(qū)的形態(tài)。這使集體式社區(qū)的改造轉(zhuǎn)型成為具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的研究課題。本次設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)對(duì)集體式社區(qū)的形成背景、發(fā)展過(guò)程、現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)等時(shí)
[Abstract]:The positive design shows that the collective community is the product of the times with planned economy color and Chinese characteristics, and has played an active role in the early stage of China's industrialization construction. The economy and urban construction of contemporary Chinese society are in a period of rapid development. With the economic development and social transformation, the collective community, which used to be the basic constituent element of urban life, is also facing the transformation. 2016, China puts forward that the future urban community should gradually break the closed state and realize the form of open community. This makes the transformation of collective community become a research topic of practical significance. Through the formation background, development process and present situation characteristics of the collective community, this design is based on the formation background, development process and present situation characteristics of the collective community.
