鋼筋高強(qiáng)再生混凝土足尺梁長(zhǎng)期荷載作用下變形性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究鋼筋高強(qiáng)再生混凝土梁長(zhǎng)期荷載下的變形性能,進(jìn)行了6根足尺梁試件變形性能試驗(yàn)研究。梁截面尺寸為200 mm×300 mm,長(zhǎng)3 300 mm,凈跨3 000 mm;各梁配筋相同,縱筋配筋率1.13%,體積配箍率0.54%,縱筋凈保護(hù)層厚度20 mm;混凝土為再生粗骨料混凝土,細(xì)骨料為天然砂,再生粗骨料取代率分別為0%、33%、66%、100%,再生混凝土設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為C55~C60;針對(duì)兩種不同持荷水平,進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期荷載試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)中得到了荷載、梁撓度、溫度、濕度隨時(shí)間的變化情況。分析了不同持荷水平、不同再生粗骨料取代率梁的撓度隨時(shí)間變化的規(guī)律;擬合得到了撓度-時(shí)間關(guān)系曲線及其表達(dá)式。研究表明:低持荷水平下(加載彎矩與屈服彎矩比值為0.29)高強(qiáng)再生混凝土梁徐變撓度比天然骨料混凝土梁的略大,撓度增大系數(shù)比高持荷水平下(加載彎矩與屈服彎矩比值為0.46、0.47)的梁撓度增大系數(shù)略大;再生粗骨料混凝土梁長(zhǎng)期荷載下?lián)隙仍龃笙禂?shù)可按普通混凝土梁撓度增大系數(shù)的1.1倍采用;曲線擬合及分段線性擬合得到撓度計(jì)算值與實(shí)測(cè)值吻合較好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the deformation behavior of reinforced high strength recycled concrete beams under long-term load, the deformation behavior of six full-scale beams was studied. The cross section size of the beam is 200 mm 脳 300 mm, and the net span of 3 300 mm, is the same. The reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement is 1.13%, the ratio of volume hoop is 0.54%, and the thickness of net protective layer of longitudinal reinforcement is 20 mm;.
