城市火災(zāi)應(yīng)急救援能力評價研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of social modernization, people's living standards are gradually improved, and the demands are more and more abundant. In the rich public projects, once the management system is imperfect and other factors, it is easier to produce a variety of safety accidents and affect people's personal safety. In addition, the frequent occurrence of natural disasters and sudden security incidents caused by social contradictions, ethnic contradictions and terrorist attacks will also greatly affect people's normal life order and personal and property security to a great extent. Among them, especially the number of urban fires and other types of sudden disaster accidents is large, and highlighted among them is a large range of impact, long duration, The complex and changeable causes and the high degree of treatment make this type of accident more and more dangerous and uncontrollable. Based on this, this paper chooses the urban fire rescue team as the main research object, and regards its related theory and capability evaluation system as the main research content. And through the establishment of an effective and reasonable evaluation system to study the object and content of comprehensive evaluation, so as to get a feasible, high reliability of urban fire rescue guidance theory and related recommendations. Under the above background, the article begins with a brief description of the current situation of urban fire in our country, introduces and analyzes the various causes of this type of fire, the degree of influence and the difficulty of dealing with it, and so on. On this basis, the definition and conceptual analysis of the urban fire comprehensive emergency rescue system are described and analyzed in order to form the theoretical research basis. In addition, the construction standards, functional requirements and policy conditions of the system are further elaborated and analyzed in this paper. Then, in the next stage of the article, the theoretical evaluation of the above-mentioned system is carried out, starting from the index selection design, thus establishing a set of more reasonable and perfect evaluation index system, so as to connect the selected indicators with each other. On the basis of determining the weights, the author makes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the indexes by using the relevant theoretical knowledge, and further consummates the establishment of the whole evaluation system. Highlight the importance of the various impact indicators. At the end of the article, the fire rescue ability of Tangshan City in Hebei Province is selected as a concrete research example, and the correct degree of the theory is explained on the basis of the evaluation and analysis of the above-mentioned objects. On the basis of the correct degree and reasonable degree of the method studied in this paper, the aim, principle and strategy of improving the fire emergency and rescue ability of Tangshan City are given. This research conclusion: through the combination of rational wheel and practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the comprehensive fire emergency rescue ability of Tangshan City is comprehensively evaluated, and the evaluation results show that: It is of great significance to increase the investment in medical personnel, fire station construction, fire fighting vehicle equipment construction, and business training, etc., to improve the overall urban fire comprehensive emergency rescue capability of Tangshan City. According to the evaluation results, the aim, principle and strategy of improving fire emergency rescue ability in Tangshan city are given, which has some innovation and important practical application value.
