【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段進(jìn)行的城市存量空間和存量資源更新過(guò)程中,更多的目光都集中在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的去工業(yè)化、城市濱水空間更新、歷史文化街區(qū)更新、城中村改造等功能區(qū)域,但是對(duì)于城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等存量資源沒(méi)有引起我們足夠的重視。城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是城市賴以生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),也是產(chǎn)生城市集聚效應(yīng)的決定性因素,但是城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大后這些設(shè)施又極大的阻礙城市發(fā)展,同時(shí)也給周邊的市民生活帶來(lái)了非常大的影響。溫州市濱江商務(wù)區(qū)桃花島片區(qū)T-02、T-03地塊作為城市中市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的一個(gè)集聚區(qū)域,也遇到了上述問(wèn)題,在這樣的背景下,本文以T-02、T-03地塊的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐為例,重點(diǎn)討論與研究城市發(fā)展區(qū)域的城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施用地存量空間提升與改造。本文分別從土地變更與功能復(fù)合、空間整合與重塑形象、市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作與公眾參與三個(gè)不同層次探討研究市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等存量空間的城市更新。首先,從整體層面對(duì)原有功能進(jìn)行梳理,在土地變更與功能復(fù)合的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行可行性分析;;其次,從技術(shù)提升角度分析提升可能并從城市空間和城市形象的角度提出新的城市設(shè)計(jì)意向;最后,進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)化的運(yùn)作,合理設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)序,形成新的功能集聚和城市更新的擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)。本文探討的城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等存量空間雖然以溫州市濱江商務(wù)區(qū)桃花島片區(qū)T-02、T-03地塊為例,但從中亦可觀察出一定程度上的城市存量空間特別是城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施進(jìn)行城市更新改造的共性,以期許本文研究成果對(duì)浙江或者全國(guó)城市存量空間進(jìn)行城市更新提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the process of urban stock space and resource renewal at present, more attention has been paid to the functional areas such as the de-industrialization of industrial heritage, the renewal of urban waterfront space, the renewal of historical and cultural blocks, the transformation of villages in the city, and so on. However, we do not pay enough attention to the urban infrastructure and other stock resources. Urban infrastructure is the basis for the survival and development of the city, and also the decisive factor to produce the effect of urban agglomeration. However, after the continuous expansion of the size of the city, these facilities have greatly hindered the development of the city. At the same time, it has also brought a great impact on the lives of the surrounding citizens. As a concentrated area of municipal infrastructure in Wenzhou Binjiang Business District, the Taohuadao District of Wenzhou City, as a gathering area of municipal infrastructure, this paper also encountered the above-mentioned problems. Under this background, this paper takes Tx02, as a cluster area of the city's municipal infrastructure, in this paper, with the help of Tx02, As an example, the paper discusses and studies the improvement and transformation of urban infrastructure land storage space in urban development area, as an example of the design practice of Tx03 block. This paper discusses the urban renewal of urban storage space such as municipal infrastructure from three different levels: land change and functional composition, spatial integration and reconstruction of image, market operation and public participation. First of all, from the overall level of the original function to comb, on the basis of land change and functional composite on the basis of feasibility analysis; Secondly, it analyzes the possibility of upgrading from the angle of technology upgrading and puts forward the new urban design intention from the angle of urban space and urban image. Finally, carry on the market-oriented operation, design the development time sequence reasonably, form the new function cluster and the city update diffusion effect. In this paper, the urban infrastructure and other storage space, although the Wenzhou Binjiang Business District Taohuadao District, Tsuo 02, Tx03 block as an example, However, it is also possible to observe the commonness of urban stock space, especially urban infrastructure, for urban renewal and transformation to a certain extent. It is expected that the results of this study will provide some reference value for the urban renewal of the urban stock space in Zhejiang or the whole country.
