【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展、讀者需求的多元化,高校圖書(shū)館空間概念和空間功能發(fā)生了巨大變化。高校圖書(shū)館空間發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)空間建設(shè)數(shù)字化、空間功能復(fù)合化、空間管理人本化的趨勢(shì),圖書(shū)館空間具有開(kāi)放性、動(dòng)態(tài)性、復(fù)合性和人性化的特征。高校圖書(shū)館由于對(duì)空間使用及管理認(rèn)識(shí)的局限性,目前大部分的高校圖書(shū)館空間規(guī)劃與建設(shè)相對(duì)滯后,圖書(shū)館空間管理還沒(méi)有形成一套系統(tǒng)化的管理理念、管理方法和有效的管理工具。設(shè)施管理在20世紀(jì)70年代末起源于美國(guó),設(shè)施管理以更加專業(yè)化、集約化、智能化的管理手段將組織的核心業(yè)務(wù)與人對(duì)空間的需求進(jìn)行整合管理,全面滿足使用者的綜合需要,為大量的私人機(jī)構(gòu)、教育機(jī)構(gòu)、政府部門提供了卓有成效的空間服務(wù)和空間技術(shù)支持。首先,論文在分析高校圖書(shū)館空間發(fā)展沿革及空間發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,探析高校圖書(shū)館空間管理存在的問(wèn)題,提出高校圖書(shū)館空間管理創(chuàng)新的必要性和可行性。然后,通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)施管理的定義、內(nèi)涵及特征進(jìn)行闡述,并將設(shè)施管理應(yīng)用到高校圖書(shū)館空間管理中,以“高校圖書(shū)館空間管理”為主要研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)高校圖書(shū)館空間管理存在的問(wèn)題,以設(shè)施管理為指導(dǎo),從設(shè)施管理的理念、設(shè)施管理的方法、設(shè)施管理的技術(shù)三個(gè)層面對(duì)高校圖書(shū)館空間管理進(jìn)行分析和研究,為高校圖書(shū)館空間管理探索一套科學(xué)、合理的空間管理方案。最后,通過(guò)實(shí)際案例分析,總結(jié)高校圖書(shū)館空間管理的對(duì)策與建議。本論文基于設(shè)施管理對(duì)高校圖書(shū)館空間管理進(jìn)行研究,旨在解決高校圖書(shū)館空間管理存在的問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)新高校圖書(shū)館空間管理,合理的分配和使用圖書(shū)館的各項(xiàng)空間資源,使高校圖書(shū)館空間運(yùn)營(yíng)高效、空間使用舒適。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the diversification of readers' needs, the concept and function of space in university libraries have changed greatly. The space development of university library shows the trend of digitalization of space construction, compound of space function and humanization of space management. The space of library has the characteristics of openness, dynamics, compound and humanization. Due to the limitation of the use and management of space in university libraries, most of the space planning and construction of university libraries are lagging behind at present, and the space management of libraries has not yet formed a set of systematic management concepts. Management methods and effective management tools. Facility management originated in the United States at the end of 1970s. Facilities management integrates the core business of the organization and people's demand for space by means of more specialized, intensive and intelligent management means, so as to meet the comprehensive needs of users in an all-round way. For a large number of private institutions, educational institutions, government departments to provide effective space services and space technology support. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the evolution and present situation of the space development of university library, this paper probes into the problems existing in the space management of the university library, and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the innovation of the space management of the university library. Then, by expounding the definition, connotation and characteristics of the facilities management, and applying the facilities management to the space management of the university library, the main research object is "the space management of the university library". In view of the problems existing in the space management of university library, this paper analyzes and studies the space management of university library from three aspects: the idea of facility management, the method of facility management and the technology of facility management, under the guidance of facility management. To explore a set of scientific and reasonable space management scheme for the space management of university library. Finally, through the actual case analysis, summarized the university library space management countermeasure and the suggestion. This paper studies the space management of university library based on facility management, aiming at solving the problems existing in the space management of university library, innovating the space management of university library, reasonably allocating and using the space resources of the library. Make the university library space operation efficient, the space use comfortable.
