方鋼管混凝土柱-H形鋼梁螺栓連接節(jié)點受力性能試驗研究

【摘要】:進行了考慮壓型鋼板-混凝土組合樓板組合作用的方鋼管混凝土柱-H形鋼梁螺栓連接節(jié)點的靜力性能試驗研究。分別對無樓板、樓板受壓、樓板受拉的3個足尺節(jié)點試件進行了靜力加載試驗,通過對比分析,考察了節(jié)點在單調荷載作用下的受力性能,包括初始轉動剛度、極限承載能力等,研究了正、負彎矩作用下樓板組合作用對其受力性能的影響。研究結果表明:無板節(jié)點試件梁端位移延性系數(shù)達到2.2以上,滿足抗震設計要求;組合節(jié)點和無板節(jié)點受力性能差別明顯,相比于純鋼梁,組合梁橫截面中和軸上移,組合節(jié)點的初始轉動剛度、承載力與無樓板節(jié)點相比均有大幅度提高;組合節(jié)點螺栓開始滑移的荷載增大,最大滑移量減小;節(jié)點核心區(qū)剪切變形可忽略不計。
[Abstract]:The static behavior of concrete-filled square steel tube (CFST)-H-shaped steel beam bolted joint considering the combined action of profiled steel plate and concrete composite floor is studied. Static loading tests were carried out on three full-scale joints without floor, floor compression and floor tension respectively. Through comparative analysis, the mechanical performance of the joints under monotone load was investigated, including initial rotational stiffness. In this paper, the influence of the combined action of the floor under the positive and negative bending moment on the mechanical performance of the slab is studied, such as the ultimate bearing capacity and so on. The results show that the displacement ductility coefficient at the end of the test beam with plate-less joints is more than 2.2, which meets the requirements of seismic design. Compared with pure steel beam, the cross section of composite beam moves up and the axis moves up, the initial rotational stiffness and bearing capacity of the composite joint are greatly improved compared with the joint without slab, and the bearing capacity of the composite joint is much higher than that of the non-slab joint in comparison with the pure steel beam. The load of bolt slip increases and the maximum slip decreases and the shear deformation in the core region of the joint is negligible.
