【摘要】：正2010年初中國(guó)城市老人空巢家庭比例已達(dá)49.7%,有媒體推測(cè)空巢老人家庭比例在2030年或?qū)⑦_(dá)到70%~([1])。對(duì)于老年住宅的研究最具代表性的是清華大學(xué)周燕珉教授及其團(tuán)隊(duì)的一系列研究[2],主要側(cè)重于從老年群體的特殊性出發(fā)研究積極老齡建筑,但是目前研究并沒有深入探討空巢家庭老人的各種
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 2010, the proportion of empty-nest families in urban China has reached 49.7%, and some media speculate that the proportion of empty-nest families may reach 70% ~ ([1]) in 2030. The most representative research on elderly housing is a series of studies by Professor Zhou Yanmin of Tsinghua University and his team [2], which focuses mainly on the study of active aged architecture based on the particularity of the elderly population. But the current research has not explored in depth the various types of elderly people in empty-nest families.
