鋼筋套筒擠壓連接裝配整體式梁柱中節(jié)點(diǎn)抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究鋼筋套筒擠壓連接的裝配整體式疊合梁-預(yù)制柱中節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗震性能,進(jìn)行了2個(gè)裝配整體式中節(jié)點(diǎn)和1個(gè)現(xiàn)澆中節(jié)點(diǎn)試件的擬靜力試驗(yàn),觀察其破壞現(xiàn)象,研究其滯回性能、承載力、變形能力及鋼筋應(yīng)變發(fā)展過(guò)程。結(jié)果表明:所設(shè)計(jì)的核心區(qū)剪切破壞和梁端彎曲破壞節(jié)點(diǎn)均實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的破壞形態(tài);核心區(qū)剪切破壞的裝配整體式梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)與現(xiàn)澆對(duì)比節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞過(guò)程、裂縫分布基本一致,滯回曲線、承載力、剛度、變形、耗能等性能指標(biāo)基本相同;核心區(qū)剪切破壞、梁端彎曲破壞的裝配整體式梁柱中節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力試驗(yàn)值與相應(yīng)的規(guī)范公式計(jì)算值的比值分別為1.62、1.31,等效極限層間位移角分別為1/26和1/27;試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,鑿開(kāi)混凝土發(fā)現(xiàn)套筒沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)裂紋,鋼筋在套筒內(nèi)未見(jiàn)滑移,套筒擠壓接頭可有效傳遞鋼筋拉、壓力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the seismic behavior of joints in assembled monolithic composite beam-prefabricated columns with extruded steel sleeve connections, the pseudo-static tests of two assembled integral middle joints and one cast-in-situ joint were carried out, and the failure phenomena were observed. The hysteretic performance, bearing capacity, deformation capacity and strain development process of steel bars were studied. The results show that the designed shear failure in the core region and the bending failure joint at the beam end achieve the expected failure pattern. The failure process of the assembled integral Liang Zhu joints and cast-in-place joints with shear failure in the core region is basically the same as the fracture distribution, hysteretic curve, bearing capacity, stiffness, deformation, energy dissipation and other performance indexes. The ratio of the bearing capacity test value to the calculated value of the corresponding code formula is 1.62, 1.31, and the displacement angle of the equivalent limit layer is 1? 26 and 1? 27, respectively, in the shear failure of the core region and the bending failure of the beam end in the assembled integral joints of Liang Zhu, the ratio of the bearing capacity test value to the corresponding code formula is 1.62 and 1.31 respectively. At the end of the test, it was found that there were no cracks in the sleeve and there was no slip of the steel bar in the sleeve. The extrusion joint of the sleeve could effectively transfer the tension and pressure of the steel bar.
