【摘要】：本文在人居環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒“自組織”理論,從學(xué)科交叉的視角重新觀察城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中城市移民人居空間—“城中村”、“類城中村”及其衍生人居現(xiàn)象,解析其內(nèi)在的設(shè)計(jì)價值體系,以適應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)科轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的需求。長期以來,以“城中村”為典型的移民自組織人居現(xiàn)象是作為城市人居環(huán)境研究中的“另類”問題空間而展開討論的,主要基于制度保障未覆蓋、住房空間短缺、經(jīng)濟(jì)能力不足與空間管理缺位等背景,其問題鎖定更多地局限在正規(guī)性、自上而下的體制框架內(nèi),存在不足。設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、建筑學(xué)受學(xué)科壁壘的局限,討論此問題仍留有很大空間。本研究沿著“自組織”適應(yīng)性機(jī)制引導(dǎo)人居系統(tǒng)性演進(jìn)的分析路徑,對相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行梳理分析,借鑒跨學(xué)科理論分析與案例綜合研究,對這一自組織空間特征進(jìn)行了深入分析,認(rèn)為其反饋了建構(gòu)的時序性、人居社會機(jī)理的完整性等內(nèi)在規(guī)律,提出應(yīng)從更深層次研究自組織系統(tǒng)的共生與協(xié)同問題�；谥形⒂^的人居尺度,對自組織人居案例進(jìn)行比較研究,就杭州城西三村、武漢大學(xué)城周邊村以及武漢老舊社區(qū)混聚區(qū)等案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,探討了“自組織”設(shè)計(jì)在具體時空環(huán)境中的形態(tài)衍化特征和獨(dú)特設(shè)計(jì)價值。在學(xué)科交叉的基礎(chǔ)上,引入“城市融入”理論為關(guān)鍵切入點(diǎn),從城市融入的多維度、漸次性與內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)等內(nèi)涵特征出發(fā),對自組織人居形成的社會空間績效展開比較分析與綜合評價,結(jié)論是:自組織人居在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會與文化等多個維度具有系統(tǒng)整體性;在城市融入的動態(tài)性與不平衡進(jìn)程中,各維度形成的價值之間不是孤立的,需要有機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)化,形成差異化、多元化的方法路徑。這些系統(tǒng)深層特性影響并推動住居生活方式的創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)而形成人居空間自組織的動力,也有助于辨明不同階段人居環(huán)境的真實(shí)價值與關(guān)鍵問題�；谏鲜鼋Y(jié)論,從設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)“時、形、態(tài)”的角度對自組織空間的認(rèn)知誤區(qū)與問題困境進(jìn)行深入的反思,提出基于人居自組織的建構(gòu)啟示。提出人居空間設(shè)計(jì)范式轉(zhuǎn)型與重構(gòu)的問題。就城市性、主體性、時態(tài)性、美學(xué)性等四個設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)關(guān)鍵概念切入,提出設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)涵擴(kuò)展、價值擔(dān)當(dāng)、范式轉(zhuǎn)型等重要內(nèi)容,以此重新思考人居空間設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)、更新與優(yōu)化等具體策略。論文研究的路徑、結(jié)論與方法,在于促進(jìn)對移民自組織人居機(jī)制的充分認(rèn)知,剖析“自組織”機(jī)制的適應(yīng)性、多義性價值,以彌補(bǔ)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、建筑學(xué)相關(guān)理論認(rèn)知與實(shí)踐應(yīng)對的不足,促進(jìn)對城市人居環(huán)境健康發(fā)展的思考。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of "self-organization" and the theory of "self-organization", this paper re-observes the residential space of urban immigrants in the process of urbanization-"village in city", "village in similar city" and its derivative human settlement phenomenon from the perspective of "self-organization", which is based on the theory of "self-organization". Analysis of its internal design value system to meet the needs of design discipline transformation and development. For a long time, the "village in the city" as a typical phenomenon of self-organized human settlements is discussed as an "alternative" problem space in the study of urban human settlements, mainly based on the lack of institutional security and the shortage of housing space. Under the background of insufficient economic capacity and lack of space management, the problem lock-in is more limited to the formality, top-down institutional framework, and so on. Design and architecture are limited by disciplinary barriers, and there is still room for discussion of this issue. This study follows the "self-organization" adaptive mechanism to guide the systematic evolution of human settlements analysis path, combing and analyzing related issues, drawing lessons from interdisciplinary theoretical analysis and case study, this self-organized spatial characteristics of in-depth analysis. It is considered that it feeds back the inherent laws such as the time sequence of construction and the integrity of the social mechanism of human settlement, and puts forward that the symbiosis and synergy of self-organizing system should be studied in a deeper level. Based on the meso-and micro-scale of human settlements, this paper makes a comparative study on the cases of self-organized human settlements, and makes an empirical analysis on the cases of West three villages in Hangzhou City, the villages around Wuhan University City and the old and old community mixed areas in Wuhan, and so on. This paper discusses the morphological evolution characteristics and unique design value of self-organizing design in concrete spatio-temporal environment. On the basis of the intersection of disciplines, the theory of "urban integration" is introduced as the key entry point, starting from the connotation characteristics of multi-dimensional, gradual and intrinsic relevance of urban integration. This paper makes a comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the social spatial performance of self-organized human settlements. The conclusion is that self-organized human settlements have systematic integrity in economic, social and cultural dimensions; In the dynamic and unbalanced process of urban integration, the values formed in each dimension are not isolated, but need to be transformed organically to form a way of differentiation and diversification. The deep characteristics of these systems influence and promote the innovation of the living style, and then form the motive force of the self-organization of the human settlement space. It is also helpful to identify the real value and the key problems of the human settlement environment in different stages. Based on the above conclusions, from the point of view of "time, form and state" in design science, this paper makes a deep reflection on the cognitive misunderstanding and problem dilemma of self-organizing space, and puts forward the constructive enlightenment based on human settlements self-organization. Put forward the transformation and reconstruction of human settlements space design paradigm. With regard to the four key concepts of design science, namely urbanization, subjectivity, timeliness and aesthetics, this paper puts forward the important contents of design connotation expansion, value responsibility, paradigm transformation and so on, in order to rethink the design and production of human settlements space. Update and optimize specific strategies. The research path, conclusion and method of the thesis are to promote the full cognition of the self-organized human settlements mechanism of immigrants, analyze the adaptability and multi-meaning value of the "self-organization" mechanism, so as to make up for the design science. The deficiency of theoretical cognition and practical response in architecture promotes the healthy development of urban human settlements.
