地源熱泵系統(tǒng)地埋管群分區(qū)運(yùn)行控制策略研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)建立地埋管傳熱模型和變頻水泵能耗模型,對(duì)不同地埋管群分區(qū)運(yùn)行控制策略下對(duì)應(yīng)的鉆孔壁溫、出水溫度和能耗進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明:地源熱泵系統(tǒng)地埋管群采用分區(qū)運(yùn)行控制策略鉆孔壁溫和出水溫度恢復(fù)較好,采用負(fù)荷控制策略時(shí)的節(jié)能率關(guān)系為:75%負(fù)荷率50%負(fù)荷率25%負(fù)荷率;采用時(shí)間控制策略時(shí)的節(jié)能率關(guān)系為:下午時(shí)段中午時(shí)段上午時(shí)段;采用水溫控制策略時(shí)的節(jié)能率關(guān)系為:出水29℃出水30℃出水28℃;采用分區(qū)運(yùn)行控制策略節(jié)能率均可達(dá)到20%,高于地源側(cè)系統(tǒng)變流量運(yùn)行控制策略。
[Abstract]:By setting up the heat transfer model of underground pipe and the energy consumption model of variable frequency pump, the corresponding borehole wall temperature, outlet temperature and energy consumption under different subzone operation control strategy of buried pipe group are simulated and calculated. The results show that the borehole wall temperature and outlet temperature of ground-source heat pump system are recovered better by using zone operation control strategy. The relationship of energy saving rate is 75% load rate 50% load rate 25% load rate when the load control strategy is adopted.
