【摘要】：西安是一座有著悠久歷史和深厚文化底蘊的古都,為我們留下了豐富的歷史遺跡和傳統(tǒng)文化。西安明城墻,作為我國保存最為完整的古城墻遺址之一,經(jīng)歷了歲月的洗禮和時代的考驗,最終呈現(xiàn)在我們面前。西安明城墻的周邊,分布著大量的文化商業(yè)街區(qū)。其中一部分傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)不僅保留著大量的建筑文化歷史遺跡,更可以領(lǐng)略到傳統(tǒng)的生活方式;還有一部分街區(qū),雖然是在如今現(xiàn)代化城市發(fā)展的背景下改造甚至新建起來的,但吸收了大量傳統(tǒng)元素中的精華,與周邊的傳統(tǒng)文化遺跡相得益彰,得到了完美的融合,很多新建的文化商業(yè)街區(qū)由于新老文化元素的碰撞創(chuàng)造出更大的價值。當(dāng)下,傳統(tǒng)文化遺址周邊的文化商業(yè)街區(qū)的建設(shè)和原有傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)的保護與更新已經(jīng)成為中國傳統(tǒng)歷史文化城市的重點。然而傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)往往存在著設(shè)施陳舊、建筑老化嚴(yán)重以及傳統(tǒng)形式與空間和現(xiàn)代功能不相符合等問題嚴(yán)重影響了城市的形象和街區(qū)的發(fā)展;部分新建街區(qū)在設(shè)計中忽視了傳統(tǒng)空間風(fēng)貌與文化的特質(zhì)以及大眾行為對街區(qū)的需求,出現(xiàn)了活力不足的問題。本論文以西安明城墻周邊的文化商業(yè)街區(qū)為研究對象,深入研究明城墻周邊文化商業(yè)街區(qū)的設(shè)計。由現(xiàn)狀研究與反思引申出在歷史遺跡周邊文化商業(yè)街區(qū)的改造和新建中需要注意的設(shè)計問題及處理手法。文章主要結(jié)構(gòu)為五個部分:第一部分,背景研究,提出問題,并對國內(nèi)同類型文化商業(yè)街區(qū)進行考察研究;第二部分,對西安明城墻周邊典型的文化商業(yè)街區(qū)進行實地調(diào)研考察,并從點、線、面、體四個層面重新梳理文化商業(yè)街區(qū)的外部空間,對其空間品質(zhì)進行深入研究與評價;第四部分,以明城墻的地域性和歷史文脈的延續(xù)為切入點,通過深入研究與考察,探討明城墻周邊文化商業(yè)街區(qū)在設(shè)計中應(yīng)遵循的原則;第四部分,以大眾行為需求為切入點,通過深入研究與考察,探討明城墻周邊文化商業(yè)街區(qū)在設(shè)計中應(yīng)遵循的原則;第五部分,總結(jié)明城墻乃至其他歷史遺跡周邊文化商業(yè)街區(qū)的改造和新建中需要注意的設(shè)計問題及處理策略。
[Abstract]:Xi'an is an ancient capital with a long history and profound cultural heritage, leaving us rich historical sites and traditional culture. Xi'an Ming City Wall, as one of the most complete ancient city walls in China, experienced the baptism of the years and the test of the times, and finally appeared in front of us. Xi'an Ming City Wall surrounding the distribution of a large number of cultural and commercial blocks. Some of the traditional blocks not only retain a large number of architectural and cultural historical sites, but also can enjoy the traditional way of life; There are also some blocks, although they have been renovated or even newly built in the context of the development of modern cities, but they have absorbed the essence of a large number of traditional elements, and have become perfectly integrated with the traditional cultural relics of the surrounding areas. Many new cultural and commercial blocks create greater value because of the collision of old and new cultural elements. At present, the construction of the cultural and commercial blocks around the traditional cultural sites and the protection and renewal of the original traditional blocks have become the focus of the traditional historical and cultural cities of China. However, the old facilities, the serious aging of buildings and the incompatibility of traditional forms with space and modern functions seriously affect the image of the city and the development of blocks. In the design of some newly built blocks, the characteristics of traditional spatial features and culture and the demand of mass behavior on the blocks have been neglected, which leads to the lack of vitality. This paper takes the cultural and commercial block around the Ming city wall as the research object, and deeply studies the design of the cultural and commercial block around the Ming city wall. From the research and reflection of the present situation, the design problems and handling methods that should be paid attention to in the reconstruction and new construction of the cultural and commercial blocks around the historic sites are derived. The main structure of the article is divided into five parts: the first part, background research, put forward the question, and carry on the investigation research to the domestic similar type culture commercial block; The second part, carries on the field investigation to the Xi'an Ming Dynasty city wall typical cultural commercial block, and from the point, the line, the surface, the body four levels recombs the cultural commercial block exterior space, carries on the in-depth research and the appraisal to its space quality; The fourth part, taking the regional character of Ming city wall and the continuation of historical context as the starting point, through in-depth research and investigation, discusses the principles that should be followed in the design of the cultural and commercial blocks around the Ming city wall; The fourth part, with the demand of mass behavior as the starting point, through in-depth research and investigation, discusses the principles that should be followed in the design of the cultural and commercial blocks around the Ming city wall; The fifth part summarizes the design problems and treatment strategies in the reconstruction and new construction of the city walls and other cultural and commercial blocks around historical sites.
