【摘要】：一座舊建筑見證了歷史的發(fā)展,同時(shí)承載著歷史文脈、場(chǎng)所精神、人文情感、區(qū)域建筑空間形態(tài)發(fā)展等要素。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型,出現(xiàn)大量的廢棄工廠、民居、學(xué)校等舊建筑空間,這些舊建筑空間雖然功能已經(jīng)消亡,但是其自身的空間結(jié)構(gòu)還可以再利用,可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論面對(duì)當(dāng)下這些舊建筑空間給予最佳的回應(yīng)。舊建筑空間改造與再利用,在社會(huì)上已經(jīng)是一種普遍現(xiàn)象,并且人們對(duì)其需求的呼聲也越來(lái)越高,但是在舊建筑空間改造過(guò)程中卻仁者見仁智者見智。因此,本文通過(guò)對(duì)舊建筑改造的理論學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)踐分析,針對(duì)改造過(guò)程中空間的重塑與新舊的融合進(jìn)行研究。內(nèi)容主要分為四個(gè)層面闡述,第一層面是從舊建筑改造自身問(wèn)題開始分析,作為論文的論證材料。與此同時(shí)對(duì)舊建筑改造過(guò)程中空間重塑與融合的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義進(jìn)行探析,并且對(duì)空間的重塑與融合概念進(jìn)行闡述。第二層面是基于共生理念對(duì)空間重塑與融合尋求指導(dǎo)思想與相關(guān)理論支撐,為接下來(lái)的研究指明方向。第三層面是梳理總結(jié)空間重塑與融合的設(shè)計(jì)策略與設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá),設(shè)計(jì)策略主要從功能形態(tài)、人文場(chǎng)所、陳設(shè)材質(zhì)、色彩光影進(jìn)行梳理,設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá)主要從空間表達(dá)、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)、模式表達(dá)三方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)。第四層面是通過(guò)頤通休閑空間中空間的重塑與融合的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,基于實(shí)踐的方式繼續(xù)研究總結(jié)。這樣可以為日后人們繼續(xù)研究舊建筑空間改造給予一些思路與參考。
[Abstract]:An old building has witnessed the development of history, bearing the historical context, place spirit, humanistic feelings, regional architectural space development and other elements. With the social and economic transformation, there are a large number of abandoned factories, dwellings, schools and other old building spaces, although the function of these old buildings has disappeared, but its own spatial structure can be reused. The theory of sustainable development gives the best response to these old architectural spaces. The reconstruction and reuse of the old building space is a common phenomenon in the society, and the demand for the old building space is getting higher and higher, but in the process of the old building space transformation, people see the benevolent and the wise see the wisdom. Therefore, through the theoretical study and practical analysis of the reconstruction of the old building, this paper studies the reconstruction of the space and the fusion of the new and the old in the process of transformation. The content is mainly divided into four levels. The first level is to analyze the problems of the old building reconstruction itself, as the argumentation material of the thesis. At the same time, this paper probes into the practical significance of space reconstruction and fusion in the process of reconstruction of old buildings, and expounds the concept of space reconstruction and fusion. The second level is to seek the guiding ideology and related theoretical support for space remolding and fusion based on the symbiosis theory, and point out the direction for the next research. The third level is to sum up the design strategy and expression of space reconstruction and fusion, the design strategy mainly from the function form, the humanities place, the display material, the color light and shadow carries on the comb, the design expression mainly from the space expression, the language expression, the design expression mainly from the space expression, the language expression, Three aspects of pattern expression are summarized. The fourth level is through the leisure space reconstruction and integration of the design practice, based on the practice of the way to continue research and summary. This can provide some ideas and references for people to continue to study the transformation of the old building space in the future.
