【摘要】：舊工業(yè)廠房改變使用功能后繼續(xù)服役,須先進(jìn)行可靠性鑒定并采取必要的加固措施,以某超期服役鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)廠房為例,對加固技術(shù)進(jìn)行探討。通過現(xiàn)場檢測、試驗(yàn)分析和簡化模型計(jì)算對主體結(jié)構(gòu)的使用性能和安全性進(jìn)行評定,對存在缺陷的構(gòu)件采取加固措施。對鋼排架結(jié)構(gòu)增設(shè)水平支撐、垂直支撐體系,以提高結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性;通過增大鋼屋架腹桿截面,來提高其承載能力;采用改進(jìn)的防護(hù)措施保護(hù)鋼柱腳,滿足建筑和結(jié)構(gòu)的要求。廠房加固工程已完成并投入使用,效果良好。
[Abstract]:After changing the service function of the old industrial building, the reliability must be appraised and the necessary reinforcement measures should be taken. Taking a steel structure industrial factory building as an example, the reinforcement technology is discussed in this paper. Through field test, test analysis and simplified model calculation, the performance and safety of the main structure are evaluated, and the reinforcement measures are taken for the defective components. The horizontal brace and vertical bracing system are added to the steel rack structure to improve the integrity of the structure, the bearing capacity is improved by increasing the web section of the steel roof truss, and the steel column foot is protected by the improved protective measures to meet the requirements of the building and the structure. The factory building reinforcement project has been completed and put into use, the effect is good.
