鋁合金模板內(nèi)支外爬體系在超高層建筑核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)施工中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:通過長(zhǎng)沙世茂廣場(chǎng)超高層建筑施工的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,總結(jié)了適用于超高層建筑核心筒施工的內(nèi)支外爬模板施工方法,創(chuàng)造性地解決了外爬模與內(nèi)支鋁模、動(dòng)臂塔吊、鋼梁預(yù)埋件、樓承板預(yù)埋鋼筋、加強(qiáng)層鑄鋼棒及環(huán)帶梁、屈曲支撐等協(xié)同施工的技術(shù)難題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)水平、豎向同步施工,確保了超高層建筑核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)施工進(jìn)度和交叉作業(yè)安全,可廣泛應(yīng)用于超高層建筑的核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)施工。
[Abstract]:Based on the practice of the construction of the super high-rise building in Shimao Square, Changsha, the paper summarizes the construction method of the inner and outer climbing formwork suitable for the construction of the core tube of the super high-rise building, and creatively solves the problems of the outer climbing mould and the inner supporting aluminum mould, the movable arm tower crane and the steel beam embedded parts. In order to realize the horizontal and vertical synchronous construction of tower structure and ensure the construction schedule and cross operation safety of the core tube structure of super high-rise building, the technical problems of cooperative construction such as embedded steel bar, reinforced steel bar and ring band beam, buckling support and so on are realized. It can be widely used in the construction of core tube structure of super tall buildings.
