【摘要】：近年來國內(nèi)教育事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,各種獨立學(xué)院也在快速的發(fā)展之中連年擴招。獨立學(xué)院的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)需求不斷攀升,在基建項目上也在不斷追加投入人力、物力和財力。然而,隨著獨立學(xué)院已然進入快速發(fā)展的時期,在基建的投入只會越來越大,但相對的獨立學(xué)院的基建工程質(zhì)量卻成為了制約發(fā)展的障礙之一。工程質(zhì)量是工程項目的大前提,是貫穿工程項目所有流程的核心因素,因此工程質(zhì)量的管理必須介入工程項目的每一個環(huán)節(jié)。本文基于這一前提,以工程項目的整個建設(shè)流程作為切入點,研究獨立學(xué)院在各個流程上與普通高校的不同之處。從中找出每個流程中影響工程質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,分析獨立學(xué)院的特殊性與其工程質(zhì)量的影響關(guān)系,進而歸納屬于獨立學(xué)院的基建項目的特點�；谏鲜隼碚�,通過研究S學(xué)院基建項目的情況,與上述研究內(nèi)容一一對比,尋找該基建項目從項目提出立項開始一直到項目完工后的投入使用整個過程之中,有哪些地方最終影響到了工程質(zhì)量,并就這些影響工程質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素提出改進策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, domestic education has developed vigorously, and various independent colleges have been expanding their enrollment in recent years. Independent college infrastructure needs are rising, and additional manpower, material and financial resources are being invested in infrastructure projects. However, with the independent college has entered a period of rapid development, the investment in infrastructure will only increase, but the relative quality of the independent college infrastructure project has become one of the obstacles to the development. Engineering quality is the premise of the project and the core factor that runs through all the processes of the project. Therefore, the management of engineering quality must be involved in every link of the project. Based on this premise, this paper takes the whole construction process of the project as the starting point to study the differences between the independent colleges and universities in each process. This paper finds out the key factors that affect the engineering quality in each process, analyzes the relationship between the particularity of the independent college and its engineering quality, and then concludes the characteristics of the capital construction projects belonging to the independent college. Based on the above theory, by studying the situation of the S college infrastructure project and comparing it with the above research content, we find out the whole process of the construction project from the beginning of the project to the completion of the project. What influence the project quality finally, and put forward the improvement strategy to these key factors that affect the project quality.
