人類活動影響下的北京地區(qū)氣候承載力初步評估

【摘要】:重點考慮北京地區(qū)的氣候條件、環(huán)境特點以及社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中的主要人類活動,從氣候資源現(xiàn)狀、人類活動強度和生態(tài)環(huán)境狀態(tài)3個基本要素層出發(fā),構建人類活動影響下的北京地區(qū)氣候承載力評估指標體系,評估人類活動影響下的北京地區(qū)氣候承載力情況,分析了氣候承載力構成要素的空間分布及相對水平,解析了不同區(qū)縣氣候承載力的相對狀況及主要制約因子。結果表明,北京地區(qū)氣候承載力指數(shù)(ICCC)在0.24~2.24之間變化,其中延慶縣、密云縣、昌平區(qū)的氣候承載力較高,東城區(qū)、西城區(qū)、順義區(qū)、石景山區(qū)、豐臺區(qū)、房山區(qū)、朝陽區(qū)的氣候承載力相對較差,海淀區(qū)、大興區(qū)、懷柔區(qū)、門頭溝區(qū)、平谷區(qū)、通州區(qū)居中。在各行政區(qū)縣內部,東城區(qū)、西城區(qū)、豐臺區(qū)、順義區(qū)、朝陽區(qū)的氣候承載力空間差異性較小;而延慶縣、懷柔區(qū)、門頭溝區(qū)等郊區(qū)氣候承載力空間差異性較大,這主要受氣候條件和生態(tài)環(huán)境的區(qū)域差異性影響。從氣候承載力的構成要素看,懷柔區(qū)、延慶縣及門頭溝區(qū)的氣候承載力主要受氣候資源的限制;城六區(qū)和房山區(qū)等地的氣候承載力主要受人類活動強度及生態(tài)環(huán)境要素的限制。就氣候承載力具體指標而言,東城區(qū)、西城區(qū)、海淀區(qū)、朝陽區(qū)主要受人口密度、人均綠地面積以及生產(chǎn)生活排污量的影響;石景山區(qū)主要受空氣質量較差的影響,房山區(qū)則受空氣質量差和人均能耗高的影響。
[Abstract]:Focusing on the climate conditions, environmental characteristics and the main human activities in the process of social and economic development in Beijing, starting from the current situation of climate resources, the intensity of human activities and the state of the ecological environment, The evaluation index system of climate carrying capacity in Beijing area under the influence of human activities is constructed, and the situation of climate carrying capacity in Beijing area under the influence of human activities is evaluated, and the spatial distribution and relative level of the components of climate carrying capacity are analyzed. The relative condition and main restrictive factors of climate carrying capacity in different districts and counties are analyzed. The results showed that the climatic carrying capacity index (ICCC) of Beijing area varied from 0.24g to 2.24. The climatic carrying capacity of Yanqing County, Miyun County and Changping District was higher than that of Dongcheng District, Xicheng District, Shunyi District, Shijingshan District, Fengtai District and Fangshan District. The climate bearing capacity of Chaoyang District is relatively poor, Haidian District, Daxing District, Huairou District, Mentougou District, Pinggu District and Tongzhou District are in the middle. The spatial difference of climate carrying capacity in each administrative district, Dongcheng District, Xicheng District, Fengtai District, Shunyi District and Chaoyang District is small. The spatial difference of climate carrying capacity in Yanqing County Huairou District and Mentougou region is large which is mainly affected by the regional difference of climate conditions and ecological environment. The climate carrying capacity of Huairou District, Yanqing County and Mentougou area is mainly restricted by climate resources, and the climate carrying capacity of six districts and Fangshan District is mainly restricted by the intensity of human activities and the ecological environmental factors. In terms of climate carrying capacity, Dongcheng District, Xicheng District, Haidian District and Chaoyang District are mainly affected by population density, per capita green space area and the amount of sewage discharged from production and living. Shijingshan is mainly affected by poor air quality, while Fangshan is affected by poor air quality and high energy consumption per capita.
