【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的不斷加快、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)居民改善居住質(zhì)量要求的不斷提高,住房建設(shè)工作成為當(dāng)前一項(xiàng)緊要的任務(wù),傳統(tǒng)的建造模式難以實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)�；目焖侔l(fā)展,建筑業(yè)正向工業(yè)化、裝配化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型。國(guó)家提倡建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村,而農(nóng)村住房建設(shè)是新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,在建設(shè)過(guò)程中可能會(huì)遇到一些問(wèn)題,且很多是重復(fù)性的問(wèn)題,因此有必要制定一份關(guān)于民居設(shè)計(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性文件,用以指導(dǎo)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)居民的建造行為。用發(fā)展的眼光來(lái)看,民居設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化能更好地控制質(zhì)量,提升技術(shù)和居住品質(zhì),降低成本,本文正是基于以上背景展開(kāi)研究。本文主要研究陜南鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居建筑的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)。首先從對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化相關(guān)概念的梳理出發(fā),較為全面地闡述了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的相關(guān)理論及內(nèi)容,列舉國(guó)內(nèi)外住宅建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)的案例;其次通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研分析,總結(jié)陜南當(dāng)?shù)厣鷳B(tài)系統(tǒng)的基本特征,包括地形地貌、氣候特點(diǎn)、自然資源等,為下文深入研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。然后從平面形制、構(gòu)造技術(shù)、建筑材料幾方面研究陜南地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)民居的布局,對(duì)民居空間組成及具體尺寸進(jìn)行了歸納分析,這是實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)的前提,嘗試進(jìn)行不同生產(chǎn)方式下的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化空間的多樣化設(shè)計(jì),以便建立能夠規(guī)�；焖偻茝V應(yīng)用的民居建筑設(shè)計(jì)模式。接著展開(kāi)對(duì)陜南地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)民居建筑細(xì)致的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì),并基于以上研究,將輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)與民居進(jìn)行尺寸和模數(shù)的適配,提出了民居設(shè)計(jì)的平面、立面、結(jié)構(gòu)體系、建筑部品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件,在實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)操作中對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的理念進(jìn)行總結(jié)。最后論述如何積極推進(jìn)陜南地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)民居建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展,希望本文能對(duì)推廣應(yīng)用陜南鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy, the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of the living quality of township residents, housing construction has become an urgent task. The traditional construction mode is difficult to realize the rapid development of scale, and the construction industry is changing to industrialization, assembly and industrialization. The state advocates the building of a new socialist countryside, and the construction of rural housing is an important part of the construction of a new countryside. During the construction process, it may encounter some problems, and many of them are repetitive problems. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a standard document on residential design to guide the construction behavior of township residents. From the perspective of development, the standardization of residential design can better control the quality, improve the technology and living quality, and reduce the cost. This paper mainly studies the standardized design of traditional residential buildings in villages and towns in southern Shaanxi. First of all, from the standardization related concepts of combing, a more comprehensive elaboration of the standardization of the relevant theory and content, enumerating the domestic and foreign residential building standardization design cases; Secondly, through field investigation and analysis, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the local ecosystem in southern Shaanxi, including topography, climate, natural resources and so on, which provides a theoretical basis for further research. Then, the layout of traditional residential buildings in towns in southern Shaanxi is studied from the aspects of plane shape, construction technology and building materials, and the space composition and specific dimensions of residential buildings are summarized and analyzed, which is the premise to realize the standardized design. This paper attempts to design various standardized spaces under different production modes in order to establish a design pattern of residential buildings which can be quickly popularized and applied on a large scale. Then, the detailed standardized design of traditional residential buildings in villages and towns in southern Shaanxi is carried out. Based on the above research, the dimensions and modulus of the light steel structure and the residential buildings are matched, and the plane, facade and structure system of the residential design are put forward. The standardization document of architectural products, in the actual design operation, the concept of design standardization is summarized. Finally, it discusses how to actively promote the development of building standardization of townships and townships in southern Shaanxi, hoping that this paper can be used for reference in the design of traditional residential buildings in southern Shaanxi.
