鋼筋混凝土靜態(tài)破裂試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:靜態(tài)破碎技術(shù)是一種特殊的爆破方法,具有無(wú)噪聲、無(wú)飛石、無(wú)毒氣、無(wú)粉塵和無(wú)爆破震動(dòng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),解決了大多數(shù)施工條件較為苛刻的建筑物破除難題。而使用靜態(tài)破碎劑在破裂鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的工程應(yīng)用中,鋼筋的存在導(dǎo)致混凝土拆除難度增大。論文嘗試應(yīng)用靜態(tài)破碎技術(shù)對(duì)鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件進(jìn)行破裂試驗(yàn),研究鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的靜態(tài)破裂規(guī)律,探求靜態(tài)破裂鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的較優(yōu)方案。論文進(jìn)行了不同環(huán)境溫度和水劑比條件下的靜態(tài)破碎劑膨脹性能試驗(yàn),環(huán)境溫度分別為14 ℃、22 ℃、30 ℃,水劑比分別為0.28、0.30、0.32。試驗(yàn)測(cè)得當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為14 ℃,水劑比為0.32時(shí),靜態(tài)破碎劑達(dá)到最大體積膨脹率,為4.84。首先采用尺寸為200 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm的鋼筋混凝土試塊作為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,進(jìn)行不同布孔方式的靜態(tài)破裂試驗(yàn)。以素混凝土的破裂試驗(yàn)結(jié)果作為對(duì)照組,對(duì)比分析鋼筋混凝土試塊在靜態(tài)破碎劑作用下與素混凝土的破壞形態(tài)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,鋼筋混凝土內(nèi)置鋼筋的套箍約束作用使試塊各部分混凝土受力較為均勻,與素混凝土試塊相比,出現(xiàn)裂紋條數(shù)較多,裂紋寬度較小,裂紋的起裂時(shí)間較遲;對(duì)于小孔徑雙孔和大孔徑單孔的破壞情況,等量的靜態(tài)破碎劑使得混凝土在起裂時(shí)間上大致相當(dāng),而雙孔試塊的靜態(tài)破裂效果優(yōu)于單孔大孔徑。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以尺寸為1020 mm × 360 mm × 650 mm的鋼筋混凝土梁作為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,研究了鋼筋混凝土試件在靜態(tài)破裂過(guò)程中的破壞形態(tài)和應(yīng)變變化,采用預(yù)留鉆孔和內(nèi)部預(yù)埋應(yīng)變磚的方法,進(jìn)行了鋼筋混凝土試件的靜態(tài)破裂試驗(yàn),分析了鋼筋混凝土梁破裂面的裂縫擴(kuò)展過(guò)程,以及內(nèi)部混凝土的應(yīng)變變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,孔內(nèi)膨脹應(yīng)力使得裂縫優(yōu)先由孔周邊向最小抵抗線方向的自由面擴(kuò)展,設(shè)置在同一排預(yù)留孔周邊的應(yīng)變大小以及變化趨勢(shì)大致相同;試驗(yàn)采取逐排灌孔和隔排灌孔的靜態(tài)破裂方式使得鋼筋混凝土試件都能夠被順利破裂,其破裂形態(tài)大致相同,呈梅花狀;相比較而言,逐排灌孔的破裂方式較好,實(shí)測(cè)破裂面最大裂縫寬度為11.8 mm。研究結(jié)果為靜態(tài)破裂技術(shù)在鋼筋混凝土工程中的應(yīng)用提供了試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
