高軸壓比配筋PVA纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土柱抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為提高鋼筋混凝土柱在高軸壓比下的抗震性能,采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土代替普通混凝土是可選擇的措施之一。設(shè)計(jì)6個(gè)剪跨比為4的鋼筋混凝土柱試件,其中4個(gè)試件采用PVA纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土,另外2個(gè)對(duì)比試件采用普通混凝土,進(jìn)行擬靜力試驗(yàn)以研究高軸壓比下的抗震性能。通過(guò)改變軸壓比和纖維摻量,在水平循環(huán)往復(fù)荷載作用下,觀測(cè)試件裂縫開(kāi)展及破壞過(guò)程,研究滯回性能、骨架曲線、延性性能及耗能能力。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:高軸壓比下,PVA纖維增強(qiáng)鋼筋混凝土柱破壞時(shí),裂縫開(kāi)展緩慢,纖維的橋接作用有效地抑制了裂縫的開(kāi)展;纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土柱主要表現(xiàn)為延性破壞模式,極限位移角約為普通混凝土柱的1.47倍~1.53倍,表明其具有良好的塑性變形能力和損傷容限;PVA纖維增強(qiáng)鋼筋混凝土柱的耗能比約為普通混凝土柱的1.82倍~1.95倍,表明其耗能能力顯著提高,抗震性能優(yōu)越。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the seismic performance of reinforced concrete columns under high axial compression ratio, the use of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber reinforced concrete instead of ordinary concrete is one of the alternative measures. Six reinforced concrete column specimens with a shear span ratio of 4 were designed, four of which were reinforced with PVA fiber and the other two were made of ordinary concrete. The quasi static tests were carried out to study the seismic behavior of reinforced concrete columns with high axial compression ratio. By changing the axial compression ratio and fiber content, under horizontal cyclic reciprocating load, the fracture development and failure process of the specimen were observed, and the hysteretic properties, skeleton curves, ductility and energy dissipation capacity were studied. The experimental results show that when the PVA fiber reinforced concrete column is destroyed under high axial compression ratio, the crack develops slowly, and the bridging effect of the fiber effectively inhibits the crack development. The ultimate displacement angle of fiber reinforced concrete column is about 1.47 ~ 1.53 times of that of ordinary concrete column, which indicates that it has good plastic deformation ability and damage tolerance. The energy consumption ratio of reinforced concrete columns reinforced with PVA fiber is about 1.82 ~ 1.95 times of that of ordinary concrete columns, which indicates that the energy dissipation capacity of PVA fiber reinforced concrete columns is significantly improved and the seismic performance is superior.
