【摘要】：在社會與經(jīng)濟(jì)共同發(fā)展的前提下,人們的素質(zhì)教育也越來越普遍,尊老愛幼等觀念是我國的傳統(tǒng)美德,我國進(jìn)入老齡化社會后,國家曾不止一次的強(qiáng)調(diào),養(yǎng)老是社會保障的重要組成部分,在這樣的大環(huán)境下,居家養(yǎng)老成為大眾普遍選擇的養(yǎng)老方式,而“多代居”成為了熱點話題,由于我國進(jìn)入老齡化社會比較晚,所以其發(fā)展歷程也相對較晚,一些養(yǎng)老措施以及設(shè)計并不完善。良好的居住環(huán)境可以對老年人的身心健康帶來良好的影響,所以為老年人打造舒適的、合理的、科學(xué)的、適合老年人居住的環(huán)境非常重要。本文通過五個章節(jié)來進(jìn)行對“多代居”住宅的適老性設(shè)計分析,首先,由于“多代居”的居住模式具有特殊性,所以本文從代際關(guān)系入手,了解在居住空間中代際關(guān)系所能起到的作用,以及代際關(guān)系將會對老年人帶來的一些影響,從而進(jìn)行了解與分析。然后對老年的生理以及心理等方面進(jìn)行了解與分析,了解到在對老年人居住環(huán)境進(jìn)行設(shè)計時需要注意到的設(shè)計要點,并且深入到老年人的日常生活,通過實地的走訪與調(diào)查,以及問卷等方式,去了解老年人對其居住環(huán)境的最真實與迫切的需求,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)目前老年人居住環(huán)境存在的不足之處,并進(jìn)行改善。最后,對老年人的生理以及心理的素質(zhì)進(jìn)行考量,并契合老年人的真實需求,從以人為本的角度來滿足各類、各階段老年人的需求,為老年人提供更專業(yè)、更舒適的養(yǎng)老空間。
[Abstract]:Under the premise of the common development of society and economy, people's quality education is becoming more and more common. The concept of respecting the elderly and loving the young is the traditional virtue of our country. After our country has entered the aging society, the country has emphasized more than once. Pension is an important part of social security. In such a big environment, home pension has become a popular choice for the aged, and "multi-generation residence" has become a hot topic, because our country has entered an aging society relatively late. So its development process is relatively late, some pension measures and design is not perfect. A good living environment can have a good impact on the physical and mental health of the elderly, so it is very important to create a comfortable, reasonable, scientific and suitable environment for the elderly. This article through five chapters to carry on the design analysis to "multi-generation housing" housing, first of all, because the "multi-generation residence" housing mode has the particularity, therefore this article starts from the intergenerational relations, To understand the role of intergenerational relationship in living space and the influence of intergenerational relationship on the elderly, so as to understand and analyze it. Then the physiological and psychological aspects of the elderly are understood and analyzed, and the design points that need to be paid attention to when designing the living environment of the elderly, and go deep into the daily life of the elderly, through field visits and investigations, And questionnaire, to understand the most real and urgent needs of the elderly for their living environment, so as to find out the shortcomings of the current living environment of the elderly, and improve it. Finally, the physical and psychological quality of the elderly are considered, and meet the real needs of the elderly, from the perspective of people-oriented to meet the needs of the elderly, each stage of the needs of the elderly, to provide the elderly with a more professional, more comfortable space for the aged.
