再生塊體混凝土構(gòu)件的塊體堆積密度與邊界效應(yīng)分析

【摘要】:采用基于離散元法的PFC3D商用軟件,研究了廢舊混凝土塊體特征尺寸、配筋形式、鋼筋直徑和保護(hù)層厚度對(duì)再生塊體混凝土構(gòu)件中塊體堆積密度的影響,并對(duì)部分結(jié)果進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,建立了無配筋時(shí)塊體堆積密度與塊體特征尺寸等因素的定量關(guān)系,探討了塊體特征尺寸對(duì)再生塊體混凝土邊界效應(yīng)的影響。研究表明:配置鋼筋會(huì)顯著降低塊體堆積密度,但在工程常用范圍內(nèi),箍筋保護(hù)層厚度、縱筋直徑和箍筋直徑增加所導(dǎo)致的塊體堆積密度的降低幅度有限;邊界效應(yīng)層的厚度與塊體特征尺寸之比為1.8~2.0;當(dāng)塊體體積分?jǐn)?shù)一定時(shí),對(duì)應(yīng)不同的塊體特征尺寸,塊體面積分?jǐn)?shù)的最大值改變有限,該最大值與塊體體積分?jǐn)?shù)之比約為1.33。
[Abstract]:PFC3D commercial software based on discrete element method is used to study the effects of characteristic size, reinforcement form, reinforcement diameter and cover thickness on the bulk density of recycled concrete blocks. The quantitative relationship between bulk packing density and block characteristic size is established, and the influence of block characteristic size on the boundary effect of recycled block concrete is discussed. The results show that the packing density of blocks can be significantly reduced by the reinforcement arrangement, but the decrease of bulk packing density is limited due to the increase of the thickness of the protection layer of stirrups, the diameter of longitudinal bars and the diameter of stirrups. The ratio of the thickness of the boundary effect layer to the characteristic size of the block is 1.8? When the volume fraction of the block is constant, the maximum value of the area fraction of the block is limited, and the ratio of the maximum value to the volume fraction of the block is about 1.33.
