住宅小區(qū)智能化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】: 住宅小區(qū)智能化是目前國內(nèi)、外住宅建設(shè)領(lǐng)域和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域非常熱門而又前沿的話題,也是能否實(shí)現(xiàn)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化的關(guān)鍵問題之一。其中住宅小區(qū)智能化的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)集成是其重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。 任何一種產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展都要有適當(dāng)?shù)募夹g(shù)來支持,LonWorks技術(shù)雖然是一種工控現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù),但也是一項(xiàng)很適用于構(gòu)建住宅小區(qū)智能化控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù),在國外已被廣泛地應(yīng)用于智能建筑的建設(shè),并產(chǎn)生了很大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。目前在我國LonWorks技術(shù)尚未在住宅小區(qū)智能化建設(shè)的當(dāng)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,對其研究與開發(fā)更是很少。 本文通過對國內(nèi)、外智能住宅及其小區(qū)智能化建設(shè)的有關(guān)資料分析,結(jié)合我國住宅小區(qū)的特點(diǎn),規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)了住宅小區(qū)智能化系統(tǒng)的基本模式,通過對其各組成系統(tǒng)的功能分析,指出用LonWorks技術(shù)構(gòu)建住宅小區(qū)智能化控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)有許多優(yōu)越性,并對LonWorks技術(shù)的核心元器件神經(jīng)元(Neuron)芯片做接口擴(kuò)展,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)家居智能控制系統(tǒng),給出了相應(yīng)的底層應(yīng)用程序和人機(jī)界面管理程序。底層與人機(jī)界面之間的通訊,,采用動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)交換(DDE)的方式進(jìn)行交流,實(shí)現(xiàn)了家庭中的三表遠(yuǎn)程抄收系統(tǒng)、三防報(bào)警系統(tǒng)及其設(shè)備的聯(lián)動(dòng)控制。最后,根據(jù)小區(qū)管理項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)小區(qū)的管理軟件。
[Abstract]:At present, the intellectualization of residential district is a very hot and frontier topic in the field of housing construction and information industry in China, and it is also one of the key problems to realize the informatization of housing industry. The intelligent planning and system integration of residential district is the key and difficulty. The development of any kind of industry should be supported by appropriate technology. Although LonWorks technology is a kind of industrial control fieldbus technology, it is also a very suitable technology for building intelligent control network system in residential district. It has been widely used in the construction of intelligent buildings abroad, and has produced great economic benefits. At present, LonWorks technology has not been widely used in the intelligent construction of residential district, and its research and development is even less. In this paper, by analyzing the relevant data of intelligent residential building and intelligent construction of residential area in China and combining the characteristics of residential district in our country, this paper plans and designs the basic mode of intelligent system of residential district, and analyzes the function of each component system. It is pointed out that there are many advantages in building intelligent control network system of residential district with LonWorks technology, and a home intelligent control system is constructed by extending the interface of (Neuron) chip, the core component of LonWorks technology. The underlying application program and man-machine interface management program are given. The communication between the bottom layer and the man-machine interface is carried out by means of dynamic data exchange (DDE), which realizes the remote reading system of three tables in the home and the linkage control of the three alarm system and its equipment. Finally, according to the content of community management project, a management software is designed.
