多回路泵驅動回路熱管系統(tǒng)的換熱特性

【摘要】:為提高泵驅動回路熱管系統(tǒng)的溫度效率,探討多回路系統(tǒng)替代單回路系統(tǒng)用于空調(diào)系統(tǒng)排風能量回收的技術可行性,制作了單回路和三回路泵驅動回路熱管系統(tǒng)樣機,搭建實驗測試平臺,研究單回路和三回路系統(tǒng)在夏、冬季運行工況下的換熱特性,并基于換熱溫差均勻性原理進行對比分析。結果表明,相比于單回路系統(tǒng),三回路系統(tǒng)的性能更優(yōu),冬季工況下室內(nèi)外溫差為31.9℃時,換熱溫差均勻性明顯改善,系統(tǒng)溫度效率提高22.6%,夏季工況下系統(tǒng)溫度效率變化不大。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the temperature efficiency of the heat pipe system in the pump drive circuit, the feasibility of using the multi-loop system instead of the single loop system to recover the exhaust air energy of the air conditioning system is discussed. The prototype of the heat pipe system of the single-loop and three-loop pump driving loop is made. An experimental test platform was set up to study the heat transfer characteristics of single-loop and three-loop systems under summer and winter operating conditions, and based on the principle of uniformity of heat transfer temperature difference, a comparative analysis was carried out.
