【摘要】：正我國已進(jìn)入基于綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的"海綿城市"理論研究和項(xiàng)目建設(shè)高速發(fā)展期。"水廣場(chǎng)"是源于荷蘭的一種創(chuàng)造性的城市公共空間復(fù)合利用形式,綜合了緩解城市內(nèi)澇與雨洪沖擊和提供公共活動(dòng)空間的雙重功能�；趯�(duì)荷蘭鹿特丹Benthemplein水廣場(chǎng)的空間設(shè)計(jì)要素與運(yùn)作原理的分解與剖析,本文總結(jié)和提煉其在應(yīng)對(duì)城市雨洪災(zāi)害和公共空間高效復(fù)合利用上的巧妙構(gòu)思和彈性策略,
[Abstract]:China has entered a period of rapid development in the theoretical research and project construction of "Sponge City" based on green infrastructure. " Water Square is a creative form of urban public space utilization from Holland, which integrates the dual functions of alleviating urban waterlogging, rain and flood impact and providing public space for public activities. Based on the decomposition and analysis of the spatial design elements and operational principles of Benthemplein Water Plaza in Rotterdam, the paper summarizes and refines its ingenious ideas and flexible strategies in coping with urban rain and flood disasters and efficient and complex utilization of public space.
