建筑工程施工中鋁合金模板綜合價值研究

【摘要】:從上個世紀八十年代以來,我國建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,取得了顯著的成績;但由于市場經(jīng)濟體系還不夠完善,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平較發(fā)達國家還有明顯差距,建筑業(yè)體制仍在不斷地進行改革及創(chuàng)新以滿足時代的要求。尤其在近幾年,我國建筑業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展為經(jīng)濟快速提高做出巨大貢獻的同時也帶來了資源、環(huán)境、社會等問題。如木材資源短缺、建筑能耗等環(huán)境問題以及土地資源緊張帶來的房價上漲等社會問題不能忽略。為了解決這些問題,國家制定了一系列方針推行綠色建筑、促進資源循環(huán)利用來保證建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。其中,發(fā)展綠色施工技術是保證綠色建筑有效推行的重要環(huán)節(jié)。綠色施工技術的推行和發(fā)展離不開模板工程的改革,更離不開新型材料模板的研發(fā)。鋁合金模板是近幾年發(fā)展起來的新型模板,其周轉次數(shù)高,能有效提高資源利用率,節(jié)省建筑用木,符合綠色施工技術的要求,同時施工現(xiàn)場整潔、施工效率高、施工效果好,能有效地降低建安成本且施工質(zhì)量有保證,在建筑施工中使用具有較高的實際價值。但由于鋁合金建筑模板在我國發(fā)展時間短,缺乏國家發(fā)布的相應規(guī)范及標準;同時人們?nèi)狈︿X合金模板全面認識,僅僅停留在鋁合金模板前期投入費用較高的認識上,未能系統(tǒng)化認識鋁合金模板的綜合價值;鋁合金模板在實際應用中是否符合綠色施工要求,是否響應國家資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會的倡導,缺乏實質(zhì)性的數(shù)據(jù)論證;鋁合金模板設計及施工中現(xiàn)存的優(yōu)點及不足之處,缺乏詳細的總結分析及建議。本文對鋁合金模板在實際工程中的應用進行研究探討,主要從以下內(nèi)容進行分析:(1)首先研究模板工程發(fā)展進程和趨勢,對比國內(nèi)外鋁合金模板發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎上詳細分析鋁合金模板的技術特征,同市場上其他模板指標比較,重點突出鋁合金模板在實際工程中應用的技術優(yōu)勢。(2)其次研究鋁合金建筑模板的市場情況及應用特點,以此為背景研究其經(jīng)濟價值,數(shù)據(jù)結果表明高層建筑中標準層應用越多及采用購買方式,周轉次數(shù)越多,鋁合金建筑模板綜合造價越低,經(jīng)濟效益表現(xiàn)的越好。(3)隨后基于綠色施工理念結合模糊分層法理論詳細地研究了利用鋁模板進行施工的實際工程環(huán)保效益,通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行整理分析,太原萬科金域華府工程采用鋁模板施工的綠色效應綜合評價結果為良好,積極響應了國家倡導的綠色環(huán)保政策。(4)最終系統(tǒng)總結了鋁合金建筑模板設計及施工流程及容易出現(xiàn)的問題,并有針對性提出改進建議,有助于逐步消除人們對鋁合金模板在實際應用中認識的盲區(qū),促進鋁合金模板的推廣。鋁合金模板的推廣及使用,有效促進綠色施工技術的發(fā)展,解決我國建筑業(yè)發(fā)展存在的矛盾,會逐步引導模板發(fā)展新方向,在實際工程施工中發(fā)揮越來越大的價值。
[Abstract]:Since the eighties of last century, the construction industry of our country has developed rapidly and made remarkable achievements. However, because the market economy system is not perfect and the level of economic development is still far behind that of the developed countries, the construction industry system is still being reformed and innovated to meet the requirements of the times. Especially in recent years, the rapid development of China's construction industry has made great contributions to the rapid economic growth, but also brought about resources, environment, society and other problems. For example, the shortage of wood resources, environmental problems such as building energy consumption, and the rise of house prices caused by land resources can not be ignored. In order to solve these problems, the government has formulated a series of policies to promote the green building and promote the recycling of resources to ensure the sustainable development of the construction industry. Among them, the development of green construction technology is an important link to ensure the effective implementation of green buildings. The implementation and development of green construction technology can not be separated from the reform of formwork engineering, but also from the R & D of new material formwork. Aluminum alloy formwork is a new type of formwork developed in recent years. Its turnover times are high, which can effectively improve the utilization ratio of resources, save building wood and meet the requirements of green construction technology. At the same time, the construction site is clean and tidy, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction effect is good. It can effectively reduce the cost of construction and guarantee the quality of construction. It has high practical value in construction. However, due to the short development time of aluminum alloy building formwork in China, it lacks the corresponding norms and standards issued by the state. At the same time, people lack the comprehensive understanding of aluminum alloy template, only stay on the high cost of aluminum alloy template, and fail to systematize the comprehensive value of aluminum alloy template; Whether the aluminum alloy template meets the requirements of green construction in practical application, or whether it responds to the initiative of national resource-saving and environment-friendly society, is lack of substantial data argumentation; Aluminum alloy formwork design and construction of the existing advantages and shortcomings, lack of detailed summary analysis and recommendations. In this paper, the application of aluminum alloy formwork in practical engineering is studied and discussed. The main contents are as follows: (1) the development process and trend of aluminum alloy formwork are studied firstly, and the development status of aluminum alloy template at home and abroad is compared. On this basis, the technical characteristics of aluminum alloy formwork are analyzed in detail and compared with other formwork indexes in the market. Emphasis is placed on the technical advantages of aluminum alloy formwork application in practical engineering. (2) secondly, the market situation and application characteristics of aluminum alloy building formwork are studied, and its economic value is studied based on this background. The results show that the more standard floors are used and the more purchasing methods are used, the more the turnover times are, and the lower the comprehensive cost of aluminum alloy building formwork is. The better the economic performance is. (3) based on the concept of green construction and the theory of fuzzy stratification method, the environmental protection benefits of the construction of aluminum formwork are studied in detail, and the investigation data are analyzed. The comprehensive evaluation results of green effect of aluminum formwork in Taiyuan Vanke Gold region Washington Project are good. It responds positively to the green environmental protection policy advocated by the state. (4) finally summarizes the design and construction process of aluminum alloy building formwork and the problems that may arise, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. It is helpful to eliminate the blind spot of aluminum alloy template in practical application and promote the popularization of aluminum alloy template. The promotion and use of aluminum alloy formwork can effectively promote the development of green construction technology, solve the contradictions existing in the development of construction industry in China, and lead the development of formwork to a new direction step by step, which will play a more and more important role in practical engineering construction.
