基于PDA的電力工程施工質(zhì)量信息采集系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建與開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:我國(guó)電力體制改革的不斷深入,將會(huì)帶來(lái)越來(lái)越多的電力建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。由于其突出的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),使得電力工程施工質(zhì)量管理對(duì)于項(xiàng)目管理者來(lái)說(shuō)難度更大。而工程施工質(zhì)量信息作為施工質(zhì)量實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,是工程質(zhì)量管理的基礎(chǔ),信息的真實(shí)性與時(shí)效性直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目建設(shè)目標(biāo)能否順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。然而,在當(dāng)前電力工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中,缺少及時(shí)有效的施工質(zhì)量信息采集方式,難以準(zhǔn)確掌控施工過(guò)程的動(dòng)態(tài)變化。因此,為了方便工程管理人員實(shí)時(shí)獲取施工信息從而掌控施工現(xiàn)狀,本文以電力工程信息化管理理論與工程實(shí)踐為背景、現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)為手段,進(jìn)行了基于PDA的電力工程施工質(zhì)量信息采集系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建與開(kāi)發(fā)研究。本論文借鑒了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目信息化管理相關(guān)研究的先進(jìn)理念和方法,以電力工程質(zhì)量管理理論、信息化思想及信息技術(shù)為依托,對(duì)電力工程項(xiàng)目信息化管理存在的問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了論述。接著,文章從電力工程頂目參與者角度出發(fā),進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)需求分析,并以電力工程信息化建設(shè)體系為設(shè)計(jì)背景,對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能模塊、系統(tǒng)整體構(gòu)架、系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器構(gòu)架與系統(tǒng)客戶(hù)端構(gòu)架四部分進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)。然后,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)需求與系統(tǒng)功能,對(duì)施工質(zhì)量信息采集指標(biāo)體系和系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建。最后,依據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),在Android Studio開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境中,利用Java面向?qū)ο蟮哪K化結(jié)構(gòu),以J2SE與Android SDK為平臺(tái)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn),由此來(lái)完成包括項(xiàng)目選擇、項(xiàng)目參與方、施工信息采集、評(píng)定信息采集、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、個(gè)人設(shè)置、系統(tǒng)管理七大模塊為一體的電力工程施工質(zhì)量信息采集系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)全過(guò)程。本文構(gòu)建的電力工程施工質(zhì)量信息采集系統(tǒng),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)手持智能移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)時(shí)懫集電力工程施工質(zhì)量信息與工程評(píng)定信息、快速查詢(xún)施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、應(yīng)用移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)快速發(fā)布施工信息數(shù)據(jù)、以及進(jìn)行GPS實(shí)時(shí)工程定位等功能,使用戶(hù)能夠靈活、方便地對(duì)施工信息進(jìn)行有效的采集和管理,高效率地實(shí)現(xiàn)施工信息集中管理和共享。該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用可以促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)工程施工質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,并提高管理效率,對(duì)電力工程施工質(zhì)量監(jiān)控水平的提升有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The deepening of electric power system reform in our country will bring more and more electric power construction projects. Because of its outstanding industry characteristics, power engineering construction quality management is more difficult for project managers. As the data source of construction quality real-time monitoring, construction quality information is the basis of engineering quality management. The authenticity and timeliness of the information directly affect whether the project construction objectives can be successfully realized. However, in the current power engineering construction project production practice, the lack of timely and effective construction quality information collection, it is difficult to accurately control the dynamic changes in the construction process. Therefore, in order to facilitate engineering managers to obtain construction information in real time and control the construction status, this paper takes the theory and practice of power engineering information management as the background, modern information technology as a means, The construction and development of power engineering construction quality information collection system based on PDA are carried out. This paper draws lessons from the advanced ideas and methods of domestic and foreign scholars on the research of information management of construction projects, and relies on the theory of power engineering quality management, the thought of informatization and information technology. This paper discusses the problems existing in the information management of electric power engineering projects. Then, from the point of view of the participants in the power engineering, the paper analyzes the system requirements, and takes the information construction system of power engineering as the design background, the system function modules, the overall framework of the system. The system server architecture and the system client architecture are designed in four parts. Then, combined with the system requirements and system functions, the construction quality information collection index system and system database are constructed. Finally, according to the system design, in the Android Studio development environment, using the Java object-oriented modular structure, using J2SE and Android SDK as the platform to develop and implement the system, which includes project selection, project participants, construction information collection. The whole process of the development of power engineering construction quality information collection system which is composed of seven modules of evaluation information collection, quality standard, personal setup and system management. The power engineering construction quality information collection system constructed in this paper can realize the real-time collection of construction quality information and engineering evaluation information on the spot of hand-held intelligent mobile terminal equipment, and quickly inquire the construction quality acceptance standard. By using mobile communication network to quickly publish construction information data and to carry out GPS real-time engineering positioning functions, users can flexibly and conveniently collect and manage construction information. To realize the centralized management and sharing of construction information efficiently. The application of the system can promote the progress of the traditional construction quality management technology and improve the management efficiency. It has a certain reference value for the improvement of power engineering construction quality monitoring level.
