超高層泵送混凝土施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著建筑高度的增加和超高層泵送混凝土施工技術(shù)的發(fā)展,《混凝土泵送施工技術(shù)規(guī)程》已無(wú)法滿足實(shí)際施工的要求,在混凝土工程滿足泵送規(guī)定的前提下,依然存在較多的堵管問(wèn)題;究其原因主要有以下幾點(diǎn):1、混凝土的可泵性不強(qiáng)且配合比不規(guī)范;2、規(guī)程中的泵送壓力計(jì)算公式不太適用于高強(qiáng)度高流動(dòng)性的混凝土;3、規(guī)程中的施工控制要點(diǎn)和注意事項(xiàng)不夠完善。因此,為解決以上問(wèn)題,本文根據(jù)某超高層項(xiàng)目的堵管情況,參考該項(xiàng)目混凝土配合比方案,通過(guò)添加新材料石墨粉和改變各摻量比例來(lái)配制出具有良好可泵性的C60混凝土,以期減少堵管現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。經(jīng)坍落度實(shí)驗(yàn)、壓力泌水實(shí)驗(yàn)和抗壓強(qiáng)度實(shí)驗(yàn)得出新材料石墨粉具有提高混凝土可泵性的結(jié)論。當(dāng)粉煤灰比例在15%~20%,石墨粉比例為5%~10%時(shí),混凝土的和易性較好,具備良好的可泵性。而且與該超高層項(xiàng)目相比,在粉煤灰比例為15%、石墨粉比例為5%、沸石粉比例為20%的配合比方案下,混凝土具有更好的可泵性并可節(jié)約成本1.435元/m3。而且通過(guò)對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)和實(shí)際工程方案的整理與歸納,本文總結(jié)、補(bǔ)充了泵送設(shè)備選型的相關(guān)公式和要求,列舉了不同的泵送壓力計(jì)算方法并分析其各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)與適應(yīng)條件,找出比較適合實(shí)際工程的公式并提出應(yīng)綜合考慮混凝土的慣性作用和屈服應(yīng)力這兩個(gè)方面來(lái)進(jìn)行泵送壓力計(jì)算的研究方向;最后整理了有關(guān)施工控制要點(diǎn)和注意事項(xiàng)的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求,為《混凝土泵送施工技術(shù)規(guī)程》作出補(bǔ)充和完善,也為類(lèi)似工程的施工提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increase of building height and the development of concrete construction technology of super high-rise pumping concrete, the Technical Specification for concrete pumping Construction can no longer meet the requirements of actual construction. There are still many problems of pipe plugging. The main reasons are as follows: (1) the pumpability of concrete is not strong and the mix ratio is not standard; (2) the formula of pumping pressure in the specification is not suitable for high strength and high fluidity concrete; 3, the construction control points and matters needing attention in the regulations are not perfect enough. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, according to the pipe plugging situation of a super high building project and referring to the concrete mix ratio scheme of the project, a good pumptible C60 concrete is prepared by adding new material graphite powder and changing the proportion of each dosage. In order to reduce the occurrence of pipe plugging. Through slump test, pressure bleeding test and compressive strength test, it is concluded that the new material graphite powder can improve the pumpability of concrete. When the ratio of fly ash and graphite is between 15 and 20 and the ratio of graphite powder to graphite is 5 ~ 10, the concrete is easy to work and can be pumped well. Compared with this super high level project, the concrete has better pumpability and cost savings of 1.435 yuan / m3 under the mix ratio of 15% fly ash, 5% graphitic powder and 20% boiling stone. Moreover, through the collation and induction of a large number of documents and practical engineering schemes, this paper summarizes, complements the relevant formulas and requirements of pumping equipment selection, enumerates different calculation methods of pumping pressure and analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages and adaptive conditions. Find out the formula which is more suitable for practical engineering and put forward the research direction of pump pressure calculation which should consider the inertia action and yield stress of concrete synthetically. Finally, the relevant technical requirements of construction control points and matters needing attention are sorted out, which can supplement and perfect the Technical regulations of concrete pumping Construction, and also provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
