CFRP—混凝土—鋼管組合柱低速側(cè)向撞擊性能的研究
[Abstract]:FRP- concrete filled steel tube composite column (FRP-concrete-steel double skin tubular columns) is a new type of composite structure proposed on the basis of hollow sandwich concrete filled steel tube column and FRP confined concrete column. This kind of member not only has the characteristics of light weight, high compressive capacity, high flexural stiffness, good shape and toughness, but also has the excellent properties of FRP, such as corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and easy construction, etc, such as the traditional hollow sandwich concrete filled steel tube columns have light weight, high compressive capacity, large bending stiffness, good shape and toughness, etc. As a result, it is often used as piers and supports for offshore development platforms. However, during the service of the structure, it is inevitable to be hit by accidental loads, which often leads to local damage and even overall damage. Therefore, the mechanical properties of CFRP- concrete-steel pipe composite columns after low speed lateral impact are studied experimentally and theoretically. The main works are as follows: (1) the lateral impact test of CFRP- concrete-steel pipe composite columns with fixed ends is carried out on the DHR9401 type drop weight testing machine of Taiyuan University of Technology. The specimens are distinguished by changing the drop weight height and the number of CFRP layers. The data of impact force, midspan deflection and strain at key point over time were recorded in the experiment. After the test, the whole and local residual deformation of the specimen was photographed. (2) on the basis of fully considering the strain rate effect and contact type of inner steel tube and concrete material, The finite element model of CFRP- concrete-steel pipe composite columns with fixed ends under lateral impact load is established by using finite element software ABAQUS. Then the simulation results of the finite element software and the experimental results are compared to verify the accuracy of the model. (3) based on the verified finite element model, The whole process of dynamic response of a typical example under lateral impact load is analyzed. The analytical model of CFRP- concrete-steel pipe composite columns with fixed ends under different parameters is established by using orthogonal test method. The test results are analyzed by the range method, and the peak value of the impact force on the specimens is determined. The weight of each parameter of the impact force platform and the residual deflection in the span is studied, and the main influence parameters are further studied.
