建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)階段理性控制程序研究

【摘要】:隨著我國建筑行業(yè)競爭日益激烈,如何在設(shè)計(jì)階段穩(wěn)定控制建筑方案質(zhì)量被更加重視,而科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)程序與做法是決定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素。與此同時(shí),產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)控制理論研究得到長足地發(fā)展,也為建筑設(shè)計(jì)程序系統(tǒng)化研究提供了新的優(yōu)化平臺與改進(jìn)工具。本研究以建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)階段的流程問題為切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合調(diào)研實(shí)習(xí)過程中實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目的工作流程,試圖建立一種具有廣泛可能性的建筑設(shè)計(jì)程序系統(tǒng)化范式,并通過“PDCA循環(huán)模型”初步驗(yàn)證該范式的科學(xué)性與合理性?茖W(xué)系統(tǒng)化的設(shè)計(jì)程序?qū)τ诮档凸ぷ鞒杀、全面解決設(shè)計(jì)問題以及加強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)階段間的交互作用,進(jìn)而穩(wěn)定控制建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案質(zhì)量有重要意義。本研究通過文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研,梳理國內(nèi)外建筑設(shè)計(jì)程序研究發(fā)展歷程,結(jié)合調(diào)研實(shí)習(xí),總結(jié)當(dāng)前常規(guī)建筑設(shè)計(jì)流程的相對不足,并選取產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)控制理論中的“PDCA循環(huán)模型”為設(shè)計(jì)程序系統(tǒng)化改進(jìn)工具,對其工作機(jī)理與實(shí)際應(yīng)用進(jìn)行表述。結(jié)合系統(tǒng)科學(xué)中系統(tǒng)化方法論,搭建設(shè)計(jì)程序系統(tǒng)化研究框架。在論文研究前期,選取三家具有代表性的建筑設(shè)計(jì)單位進(jìn)行調(diào)研實(shí)習(xí),針對各自具體的實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目,通過記錄工作流程,整理歸納階段性設(shè)計(jì)成果,制作設(shè)計(jì)程序案例樣本,并在系統(tǒng)化研究框架內(nèi)對其進(jìn)行研究分析。而后運(yùn)用比較研究法,分別在縱向與橫向?qū)Ω鞒绦驑颖镜摹把h(huán)過程”與“設(shè)計(jì)步驟”進(jìn)行比對分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出建筑設(shè)計(jì)程序系統(tǒng)化范式,通過對其內(nèi)部循環(huán)過程與具體的設(shè)計(jì)步驟進(jìn)行表述分析后可知,該范式符合“PDCA循環(huán)模型”的工作機(jī)理與一般性系統(tǒng)化原則,是一種科學(xué)的、系統(tǒng)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)程序。本研究所得的建筑設(shè)計(jì)程序系統(tǒng)化范式針對于建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)階段,且具有廣泛的適應(yīng)性,并非針對某一類具體的建筑設(shè)計(jì)。在實(shí)際工作過程中,可根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)單位自身特點(diǎn)以及項(xiàng)目類型、設(shè)計(jì)周期以及方案要求深度的不同進(jìn)行相應(yīng)調(diào)整。對于指導(dǎo)建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)流程,全面解決設(shè)計(jì)過程中的問題以及穩(wěn)定控制建筑方案質(zhì)量具有積極的實(shí)踐意義。最后,對研究中的相對局限性與今后的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry in China, more and more attention has been paid to how to control the quality of the building scheme stably in the design stage. However, scientific design procedures and practices are the key factors to determine the quality of the products. At the same time, the research on the theory of product quality design control has made great progress, and it also provides a new optimization platform and improvement tools for the systematic study of architectural design procedures. Based on the process of architectural project design and the workflow of practical project in the process of investigation and practice, this study attempts to establish a systematic paradigm of architectural design procedure with wide possibilities. The PDCA cycle model is used to verify the rationality of the paradigm. A scientific and systematic design procedure is of great significance to reduce the work cost, solve the design problems and strengthen the interaction between the design stages, and then stabilize and control the quality of the architectural design scheme. Through literature investigation, this study combs the development course of architectural design program research at home and abroad, and summarizes the relative deficiency of the current conventional architectural design process by combining with the research practice. The "PDCA cycle model" in the theory of product quality design control is selected as the systematic improvement tool of the design program, and its working mechanism and practical application are described. Combined with systematic methodology in systems science, the systematic research framework of design procedure is built. In the early stage of the thesis research, three representative architectural design units were selected to investigate and practice, according to their specific practical projects, through recording the work process, sorting out the stage design results, making design program case samples. And carry on the research and analysis to it in the systematic research frame. Then, the "cycle process" and "design steps" of each program sample are compared and analyzed vertically and horizontally by using comparative research method. On this basis, the systematic paradigm of architectural design procedure is put forward. Through the analysis of the internal cycle process and the specific design steps, it can be seen that the paradigm accords with the working mechanism and general systematization principle of "PDCA cycle model". Is a scientific, systematic architectural design program. The systematized paradigm of architectural design procedure is aimed at the stage of architectural scheme design, and has extensive adaptability, not for a specific type of architectural design. In the actual working process, we can adjust the design units according to their own characteristics and project types, design cycle and the depth of project requirements. It has positive practical significance for guiding the design flow of the building scheme, solving the problems in the design process and controlling the quality of the building scheme stably. Finally, the relative limitations of the study and the future development trend are summarized.
