被動(dòng)逆作法下框架節(jié)點(diǎn)變化的影響分析

【摘要】:基坑支護(hù)是深基坑工程的重要組成部分。近些年來,隨著國家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的大力推進(jìn)與逐漸完善,基坑支護(hù)更是得到了快速的發(fā)展,各種適應(yīng)基坑實(shí)際狀況和要求的新支護(hù)技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn)。而建筑基坑逆作法作為一種相對(duì)成熟的支護(hù)技術(shù),由于其原理簡單,加上社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益明顯,在建筑相對(duì)密集的城市運(yùn)用的越來越普及。因此,對(duì)深基坑逆作法的施工技術(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)分析進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,這對(duì)于基坑工程的發(fā)展具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以貴州都勻福安凱萊大飯店基坑工程為背景,在支護(hù)樁已經(jīng)施工完成后,由于錨桿施工不成功,被迫將原有樁錨支護(hù)方案改為采用逆作法,進(jìn)行后續(xù)工程施工。逆作法施工中由于結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng),導(dǎo)致車道由原來位置移動(dòng)到最靠近支護(hù)樁的主體結(jié)構(gòu)的邊緣,使逆作法施工下荷載的傳遞對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)變得極為不利,在這種背景下本文做了以下主要研究與分析:(1)闡述基坑支護(hù)工程中逆作法的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),并通過分析總結(jié)國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,說明該支護(hù)形式安全可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用,有良好的應(yīng)用前景。(2)對(duì)現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析,重點(diǎn)研究了支護(hù)樁身的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測彎矩變化情況,由于方案改變導(dǎo)致樁身強(qiáng)度變化,我們用理正基坑設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)原樁錨支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行分析,與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測對(duì)比擬合,分析樁身變形情況。(3)采用彈塑性有限元分析方法對(duì)框架節(jié)點(diǎn)變更前后基坑周圍地表沉降值、支護(hù)樁的內(nèi)力與變形、主體結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)位置的框架內(nèi)力與變形進(jìn)行了數(shù)值仿真模擬與整體分析。(4)針對(duì)逆做法過程中遇到的節(jié)點(diǎn)位置變化,探究節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)剛度對(duì)框架性能的影響,并提出了對(duì)該部分框架柱強(qiáng)度和剛度的補(bǔ)強(qiáng)方案。
[Abstract]:Foundation pit support is an important part of deep foundation pit engineering. In recent years, with the national infrastructure vigorously promoted and gradually improved, foundation pit support has been rapid development, a variety of new support technology to adapt to the actual conditions and requirements of foundation pit has been emerging. As a relatively mature supporting technology, the inverse method of building foundation pit is more and more popular in cities with relatively dense buildings because of its simple principle and obvious social and economic benefits. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the construction technology and structure analysis of deep foundation pit inversion method, which is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the development of foundation pit engineering. Based on the foundation pit project of Caile Hotel in Duyun, Guizhou Province, after the construction of the supporting pile has been completed, because of the unsuccessful construction of the anchor rod, it is forced to change the original pile-anchor support scheme to the reverse method and carry out the subsequent construction. Because of the structural change in the reverse construction, the driveway moves from the original position to the edge of the main structure nearest to the supporting pile, which makes the load transfer under the reverse construction extremely unfavorable to the main structure. Under this background, this paper has done the following main research and analysis: (1) expound the technical characteristics of the inverse method in the foundation pit support engineering, and through the analysis and summary of the domestic and foreign research status, it is proved that the supporting form is safe and reliable, economical and applicable. It has a good application prospect. (2) the field monitoring data are analyzed, and the change of in-situ monitoring bending moment of the supporting pile body is studied, which results in the change of the pile strength due to the change of the scheme. We use the design software of Lizheng Foundation Pit to analyze the original pile-anchor support scheme, and compare with the field monitoring to analyze the deformation of the pile body. (3) using the elastic-plastic finite element analysis method to analyze the ground settlement value around the foundation pit before and after the change of the frame joint. The internal force and deformation of the supporting pile and the internal force and deformation of the frame of the main structure are numerically simulated and analyzed. (4) the change of the node position in the process of inverse method is analyzed. In this paper, the influence of the stiffness of the joint zone on the performance of the frame is investigated, and the reinforcement scheme of the strength and stiffness of the frame column is proposed.
