北京地區(qū)空氣源熱泵低溫工況下運(yùn)行性能的實(shí)測研究

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步揭示空氣源熱泵在實(shí)際工況下的運(yùn)行性能,掌握其低溫運(yùn)行特性,本文在2015~2016年供暖季針對北京地區(qū)某辦公樓空氣源熱泵系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了為期80 d的現(xiàn)場測試,對系統(tǒng)長期運(yùn)行性能進(jìn)行整理,并重點(diǎn)分析了持續(xù)3天低溫黃色寒潮預(yù)警期內(nèi)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行性能。測試結(jié)果顯示:測試期內(nèi)機(jī)組日平均制熱量為15.2 kW,日平均能耗量為0.56 kW·h/m~2,COP為2.77;低溫工況下,環(huán)境溫度在-15.2~-5.1℃內(nèi)波動,最冷工況下機(jī)組排氣溫度平均值為118.5℃,最高達(dá)到124℃,且排氣溫度超過120℃的運(yùn)行時間占25%;平均壓縮比為11,最高達(dá)到11.8,機(jī)組平均制熱量10.7 kW,最低制熱量8.8 kW,衰減幅度達(dá)55%,平均COP為1.96,最低COP僅1.49。研究結(jié)果為掌握空氣源熱泵冬季供暖期實(shí)際運(yùn)行性能及低溫運(yùn)行特性提供了必要的實(shí)踐數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to further reveal the operating performance of air-source heat pump under actual operating conditions and master its low-temperature operating characteristics, the air-source heat pump system of an office building in Beijing was tested for 80 days in the heating season of 2015 ~ 2016. The long-term operation performance of the system is sorted out, and the actual operation performance of the system during the three days' low temperature yellow cold wave warning period is emphatically analyzed.
