大跨橢圓形弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與施工研究

【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,公共體育事業(yè)也日益蓬勃,各種大跨空間結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)運而生。弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)以其造型新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)通透、節(jié)省鋼材、穩(wěn)定性能好等諸多優(yōu)點在各類公共體育建筑中廣泛應(yīng)用,目前國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)建成的弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)近幾十例。本文以天津市寶坻區(qū)體育館弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對象,對大跨橢圓形弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計及施工中的幾個關(guān)鍵問題進行研究。首先對弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)進行靜力、動力性能進行研究,建立結(jié)構(gòu)的靜、動力有限元模型,考察其在靜力、地震作用下的變形性能及內(nèi)力分布特點,對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提出建議。著重考察撐桿長度及預(yù)應(yīng)力對該結(jié)構(gòu)靜、動力性能的影響。其次,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行施工全過程分析,通過分析工程特點初步確定“滿堂腳手架支撐、分三級張拉完成預(yù)應(yīng)力”的施工方案。采用有限元分析軟件MIDAS/gen,運用張力松弛法,對該施工方案進行施工過程仿真模擬。分析施工過程中環(huán)索內(nèi)力、徑向拉桿內(nèi)力、網(wǎng)殼桿件內(nèi)力及整體結(jié)構(gòu)位移的變化規(guī)律。確定比較合理的施工方案,為安全施工提供理論保障;同時為監(jiān)測點的布置提供了理論依據(jù)。最后,對索撐鑄鋼節(jié)點進行斷裂性能研究,對其進行不同工況下的極限承載力分析,同時通過SMCS與VGM兩種微觀斷裂預(yù)測模型對索撐鑄鋼節(jié)點進行單調(diào)荷載下的斷裂預(yù)測,確定索撐鑄鋼節(jié)點的斷裂部位、破壞模式以及極限承載力。本文對大跨橢圓形弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及施工中的幾個關(guān)鍵問題進行了研究,以期為該類結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, public sports is booming day by day, and various large-span spatial structures emerge as the times require. The chord dome structure has been widely used in various kinds of public sports buildings because of its novel shape, transparent structure, saving steel, good stability and so on. At present, there are dozens of cases of the dome structure built at home and abroad. Taking the dome structure of Tianjin Baodi Gymnasium as the research object, this paper studies several key problems in the design and construction of the long-span elliptical domes. Firstly, the static and dynamic behavior of the dome structure is studied, the static and dynamic finite element models of the structure are established, the deformation performance and internal force distribution characteristics under static and earthquake action are investigated, and some suggestions for structural design are put forward. The influence of strut length and prestress on the static and dynamic performance of the structure is investigated. Secondly, through the analysis of the whole construction process of the structure, the construction scheme of "full hall scaffold support and three stage tension to complete prestress" is preliminarily determined by analyzing the engineering characteristics. The finite element analysis software MIDAS/gen, is used to simulate the construction process by tension relaxation method. The variation law of internal force of ring cable, internal force of radial pull rod, internal force of reticulated shell member and displacement of whole structure are analyzed. The reasonable construction scheme is determined to provide the theoretical guarantee for safe construction and the theoretical basis for the layout of monitoring points at the same time. Finally, the fracture behavior of cable cast steel joint is studied, and the ultimate bearing capacity under different working conditions is analyzed. At the same time, the failure prediction of cable cast steel joint under monotonic load is carried out by two micro fracture prediction models, SMCS and VGM. The fracture position, failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of cable-supported cast steel joint are determined. In this paper, several key problems in the design and construction of large span elliptical domes are studied in order to provide reference for the application of this kind of structures.
