沖擊荷載下K型管節(jié)點(diǎn)的實(shí)用算法研究

【摘要】:鋼管構(gòu)件以其自身輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)、造型優(yōu)美以及各向同性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在海洋平臺(tái)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑、道路橋梁等結(jié)構(gòu)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。鋼管構(gòu)件的重要構(gòu)成部分是鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn),因此研究鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)的力學(xué)性能以及破壞模態(tài)對(duì)鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)來說具有十分重要的價(jià)值。關(guān)于鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)承受靜力荷載的力學(xué)性能探究已經(jīng)逐漸趨于成熟,在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)常會(huì)遭受地震、撞擊、爆炸等突發(fā)事件的影響,因此國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于承受動(dòng)力荷載的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的抗沖擊性能的研究越來越重視。本文將利用有限元軟件ABAQUS研究沖擊荷載作用下K型鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞模態(tài)和力學(xué)性能。本文研究主要包括以下方面:1.驗(yàn)證有限元模型。利用有限元軟件ABAQUS建立沖擊荷載下不同形式的鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)模型。通過運(yùn)算結(jié)果與已有文獻(xiàn)的位移時(shí)程曲線和沖擊力時(shí)程曲線對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證所建有限元模型的適用性和可靠性。對(duì)比結(jié)果表明:本文有限元模擬結(jié)果與所選文獻(xiàn)的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相吻合,因此可以證明本文所建有限元模型的準(zhǔn)確性,為后文進(jìn)行K型圓鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)的參數(shù)分析奠定基礎(chǔ)。2.參數(shù)分析。通過ABAQUS軟件建立不同參數(shù)下的K型圓鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)模型,設(shè)置的參數(shù)主要有支管與主管的直徑比β、主管管徑與壁厚比γ、主管跨度與管徑比α、鋼材的屈服強(qiáng)度σy、支管與主管的壁厚比τ、支管與主管之間的夾角θ、錘頭的質(zhì)量M以及支管之間的距離g。通過不同參數(shù)的不同取值,揭示模型的抗沖擊性能、管的塑性凹陷變形以及模型破壞模態(tài)變化規(guī)律。3.實(shí)用算法的研究。通過大量的模型結(jié)果對(duì)K型鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)的主管管頂凹陷量以及最大沖擊力進(jìn)行分析,利用1stOpt軟件進(jìn)行公式的推導(dǎo),得出主管管頂凹陷量與各參數(shù)的關(guān)系式以及最大沖擊力與管頂凹陷量的關(guān)系式,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行適用性的驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Steel pipe members have been widely used in offshore platforms, steel structures, road bridges and other structures due to their advantages of light and high strength, beautiful shape and isotropy. The important component of the steel tube member is the steel pipe joint, so it is very important to study the mechanical properties and failure mode of the steel pipe joint. Research on the mechanical properties of steel pipe joints subjected to static load has gradually matured. In real life, structures are often affected by sudden events such as earthquake, impact, explosion, etc. Therefore, scholars at home and abroad pay more and more attention to the research on the impact resistance of steel structures subjected to dynamic loads. In this paper, finite element software ABAQUS is used to study the failure modes and mechanical properties of K-shaped steel pipe joints under impact loading. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1. Verify the finite element model. The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the steel pipe joint model of different forms under impact load. The applicability and reliability of the established finite element model are verified by comparing the calculated results with the displacement history curve and the impact time history curve. The comparison results show that the results of finite element simulation in this paper are in agreement with the experimental results of the selected literatures, so the accuracy of the finite element model can be proved, which lays a foundation for parameter analysis of K-shaped circular steel pipe joints in the following years. 2. Parameter analysis. The model of K-shaped circular steel pipe joint with different parameters is established by ABAQUS software. The parameters are mainly the diameter ratio of branch pipe to supervisor, the ratio of tube diameter to wall thickness 緯, the ratio of span to diameter, and the yield strength of steel. The wall thickness ratio 蟿, the angle 胃 between branch tube and supervisor, the mass M of hammer head and the distance between branch tube and branch tube are discussed. According to the different values of different parameters, the impact resistance of the model, the plastic depression deformation of the pipe and the variation law of the failure mode of the model are revealed. 3. Research on practical algorithms. Through a large number of model results, the amount of indentation and the maximum impact force of the K-type steel pipe joint are analyzed, and the formula is deduced by using 1stOpt software. The relationship between the amount of tube top sag and each parameter and the relation between maximum impact force and tube top sag is obtained, and the applicability of the formula is verified.
