KH560修飾納米硅溶膠對鐵鉻黑建筑節(jié)能涂料性能的影響
[Abstract]:The ferrochrome black building energy saving coating was prepared by water bath heating method with silane coupling agent KH560 modified nano-silica sol and mixed with pure acrylic emulsion. The structure and microstructure of silica sol powder before and after modification were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Ultraviolet / visible / near infrared spectrophotometer, infrared emissivity measuring instrument and precision chromatic difference analyzer were used. The influence of the amount of modified silica sol on the properties of the coating was investigated by contact angle measuring instrument and xenon lamp aging box. Increasing the amount of modified silica sol can enhance the reflective performance of the coating, improve the artificial aging resistance and contamination resistance of the coating, but too much modified silica sol will lead to the difficulty of film formation and decrease the performance of the coating. When the mass ratio of modified silica sol to pure acrylic emulsion is 1:1, the comprehensive performance of the coating is the best: compared with the coating without modified silica sol, the solar reflectance and near-infrared reflectance of the coatings are increased by 7.41% and 8.33%, respectively. After aging and pollution, the solar reflectance ratio decreased by 2.67% and 1.30%, the static water contact angle increased by 29.2 擄, water resistance, adhesion, pencil hardness, flexibility and impact strength were improved to some extent.
